I stopped in here for an estimate and was greeted by a young guy, who admitted he is totally new to giving estimates. The whole process took about three times longer than it should have, as the kid fumbled with the computer software and eventually had to get his boss to redo the whole thing for him. For a few dents, these guys wanted to basically replace the whole exterior of my car (which is a 1 year old car) – for $ 4000. No thanks. I’ll take my business somewhere where they know what they’re doing.
