We were very happy with our service when they installed our propane furnace, however this year when we called back in October to have it checked and serviced, we were given a date in October, they called and cancelled the day of the appointment and said they would call to reschedule the following week.
Never heard from them again until yesterday (December). Six weeks later is unacceptable in any circumstance.
