First I would like to say PLEASE do not go to this dentistry unless you want your whole day to be ruined! The front staff are deaf, rude and beyond dumb. I hated every minute I was in that office. Go to any other dental place except this one, there’s perfect dental and more in Marlborough. The Evan Shaw says one thing in front of you like oh come if a tooth is bothering I’ll take a look then you call and he says I have no time horrible people.
STAY AWAY!!! Very unpleasant

I would give this place a higher rating if the office staff wasn’t so rude and unpleasant to deal with! Holy cow! I have never called somewhere and had people be so unpleasant when just calling to make sure when an appointment is. Seriously makes me want to reconsider my choice on going there mind you I drive 30min just to go there.

Daughters never had any complaints about the actual dentists which is most important obviously. Ownership should reevaluate some of the front office staff though (rude). Have moved on to another office which is easy enough to do.

I have a child with special needs, i felt so bad when they did’nt seem happy to deal with him. did’nt do anything for him, then charged me for a visit !
I explained all the details about him before seeing a doctor. I rather if they told me at the very begining sorry we can’t see him.
I waisted my child time (did’nt take him to school and wasted money for nothing)
Very disappointed
