Specialties

VoiceWorks offer private lessons in singing, acting, piano, and dance. We also offer group classes in musical theatre for both middle and high school students. Classes offered in auditioning/​audition skills, performance technique, dance for singers, vocal ensembles/​choirs, and handbells (unique to VoiceWorks).

History

Established in 2009.

VoiceWorks was founded in 2009 by Ryan Guth, choral director at Marlboro Memorial Middle School, to meet a demand by parents of MMMS alumni to create more high quality musical experiences for the high-​school-​aged student. Since then, VoiceWorks has become an ongoing and constantly improving project whose mission is to continue to bring unique, fun, exciting, rewarding and memorable experiences in music & musical theatre to as many as possible, while never sacrificing in quality of education. Meet the Business Owner

Ryan G.

Business Owner

Recognized for his energetic and fun approach to ensemble direction, Ryan Guth is currently serving in his seventh year as Choral Director at Marlboro Memorial Middle School in Morganville, NJ, where he directs four vocal and two handbell ensembles. Ryan also owns VoiceWorks, a performing arts school for young singers, actors, and handbell musicians. In addition to running the company, he directs two of VoiceWorks’ high school ensembles: Viridis, a classical vocal ensemble, and Impulse Handbell Ensemble. Groups under Ryan’s direction have been featured on radio stations throughout the US and Canada, in the Huffington Post Online, the Today Show, and on professional stages around New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Impulse Handbell Ensemble, his most sought-​after performing group, was recently featured on the cover of «Overtones» magazine, the official publication of The Handbell Musicians of America. As a baritone, Ryan often sings as a soloist in choral-​orchestral oratorio concerts
