Worst customer service ever. The average wait time is above 1 hr and the store associates know nothing, they have to call their supervisor again and again and finally you will be charged way more than expected.

Walked in and bought 2 iphones from here today. Rick and his manager cut both lines over from Verizon and sycned my wifes contacts. I got my corp discount and a ton of other discounts by doing a package deal on the service. I had done a lot of research beforehand so i was prepared, but these guys answered every other question that came up and the whole deal went very smooth. Judging by older reviews it looks like they may have had some issues in the past(or just some real hot-headed personalities involved). However the guys I dealt with today were top notch and did a fantastic job. They even knew quite a bit about Exchange integration which really helped. I could not have asked for anything more from my «new customer» experience. Let’s see how it goes once i join the iPhone flock…

After a 45 minute wait in line while one of the reps chitchatted helping a friend away, I was already burning in frustration with ATT. I told them I was displeased and dissatisfied with their Customer Service, and ATTWAITANDWAITANDWAITANDWAIT… Needless to say, they gave me a lecture on how no one would want to assist me with my «attitude»(some folks ahead of me couldnt take the wait and left, and one categorically told me, «it just seems there is TOO much chitchatting going on». As Scott S said, «I know youre busy with all of us idiot(and now rude frustrated) customers, but at least pretend to know how to interact with humans». And just because you dont like that the client is upset with your wait time, and wait time on the ATTCS line, and your«blow off the frustration» attitude, and the lecture on being with the company for 9 years and never had a customer like me… I warn all customer who DO go to the ATT kiosk, that if they are frustrated, go to Natick, as they will know how to PROPERLY address you, and not CALLMALLSECURITY, or tell you«that even though we are taught that the customer is always right, its not always true and we dont have to take it»(thanks Michael, that was precious). So if you are in the market for ATT products and services and you live in the area, go over to the ATT retailer(not ATT service center), off 495 on route 20 on the Northborough/Marlborough line. If you need a certified ATT service, go over to Natick on Route 9 right next to the legal seafoods. ATT at solomon pond? Tread carefully and only go if you are 100000% happy with ATT products and services, are ready to hold hands and sing kumbaya, because otherwise, they will call security on you for«hurting their feelings»… STAYAWAYFROMTHISKIOSK! If you are not an ATT customer and would like something else, walk a couple of paces further down and you will find T mobile and a couple of others, that will definitely keep your faith in true customer service. Lesson: find a job with a yogi where everyone lives in a happy state of nirhvana and nothing bad and frustrations never ever happen. Maybe you could also hand out«happy pills» for us idiot, rude and belligerent clients with children so that we learn a lesson on how not to hurt your feelings and apologize for not seeing how wonderful and great you are. In all fairness they did solve the problem(30 minutes later on top of the 40 + min wait), but not without giving an apology that sounded like«Im sorry for my behavior but we were both at fault». Nice guys, but wrong place for them to be.

Dial M for morons. Not only did they try to tell me i didn’t want an iphone, they told me it would cost me more money. BEFORE looking at my plan! Lesson: know your product, customer and their needs. Idiots.

Tried calling these guys today to see if they had iPhones in stock. They didn’t answer their phone. So, I figured I’d go to the mall for lunch anyway. Well. Before I could even ask a question, the guy said, «Natick Mall.» Ummm? Okay. I could see there was a sign indicating that they did not have the iPhone, despite AT&T’s site saying so. C’mon — I know you’re busy and all with all of us idiot customers, but at least pretend to know how to interact with humans. And answer your phone. You are a … phone company.
