. The post by John H. is not accurate. I have a 2 million dollar liability insurance policy. Not only that this «John» guy called me to do central air conditioning work. Where in my profile does it say I work on central a/​c? As far as: fake feedback” goes: it is impossible to put a rating on Home Advisor unless a job number has been assigned.
If you look at the reviews this john guy has posted you can easily tell he is a whiner and likes to complain about different service providers. Well, look what people have written about him. NOT GOOD. It is funny that on Home Advisor I have over 100 five stars. One cannot ask his friends to give five stars.

(gutter cleaning) These 2 guys did a fabulous job for me. I couldn’t be happier. They really went above and beyond what was expected of them. As a previous poster said, they used a bleach like chemical. Well that suited me fine (no more spiders or ants!) if I didn’t want them to I would’ve asked them not to. The price was right, they showed up exactly on time and worked their behinds off. Great job Chris! Thank you!

beware, this guy is a trash mouthed, disrespectful, egotistical, hypocritical bigot one man wallet chomping operator. he has many friends and other fools that put multi-​star fake feedback about his work. he advertises only on ‘home​ad​vi​sor​.com’ b/​c not only does he have no permits for his formal listed business as «chris’ powerwashing and a/​c», he also neurovegetated my e mail with unbelievable profanity and backwashed idiocy when i asked him if he could present some form of id when he arrived. i sent copies to home advisor (which is just a new name for midwest company called service magic), and they initially claimed he’d be removed… but of course, the almighty dollar called and supervisor said my having not had him over to complete job meant they couldn’t say what would happen.
what happened? afaict, he changed business name to «chris…reliable» (hint-​if you have to use a modifier saying how good you are, what does it really mean?) «clean service (not to get sore about grammar). i have been a member of Unilocal for sev. years, and since that service promoting website does not allow feedback on their «pro’s» (i.e someone paying for ad, unlike Unilocal) i am putting this unlikely warning to anyone cross shopping for home services, be it power washing, cleaning, a/​c «service» (meaning him with a rag and bleach fumes), etc. please beware, and take good care.
