Since 1991, Comprehensive EAP has been designing solutions to help organizations manage employee issues like stress, conflicts with co-​workers, burnout, family pressures, substance abuse, emotional problems, crisis management and threats of violence.

Business Owner

Mr. Sagor is a senior mental health consultant and internationally known specialist in addiction and organizational issues. He has extensive experience consulting to the high-​tech, biotechnology, service and manufacturing sectors in the areas of employee assistance, executive coaching, conflict resolution, and team building.

Mr. Sagor developed the Coordinated Intervention Model that seamlessly integrates organizational assessment, consultation and training functions to ensure that all activities clarify and remain focused on the company’s realities, priorities and needs.

Mr. Sagor holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in education and psychology from the University of Michigan. He is a licensed mental health counselor and a certified employee assistance professional.
