Dr. Nehra received his Undergraduate degree from Boston College and attended Tufts School of Dental Medicine where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree. Having completed a rigorous residency in Washington DC at the VA hospital, Dr. Nehra moved back to Massachussetts where he has been practicing for the past ten years. He is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society and the American Dental Association. Dr. Nehra likes to stay in touch with the latest developments in the dental field and incorporates these new technological innovations in the treatment of his patients. He partakes in continuing education courses to effectively bring the advances in the dental field to make the visit to the dentist a more pleasurable and informative experience for his patients. Born and raised in RI, Dr. Nehra is an ardent fan of all the Boston sports teams and is equitably passionate about all of his favorite teams: the Celtics, the Red Sox, and the New England Patriots!

I have been a life long patient of Dental Associates of Marlborough. Although my home is 30 minutes away, it is worth the drive. Dr. Nehra and the staff are always welcoming. The level of expertise, compassion and caring far exceed my family’s expectations. If you’re a sports enthusiast, check out each of their themed rooms. Great idea! Marlborough Dental Associates removes the pain and anxiety of having «to go to the dentist». I highly encourage you to give them a try. You’ll be happy you did!

Dental Associates was recommended to me by a trusted work associate and since I’ve been going, I’ve introduced 3 other people to them. I’m happy to say they are the best «team» I’ve ever had working on/​with me.
My biggest fear at a dentist is always the insertion of Novocaine but Dr. Nehra has some sort of special talent in that area and I no longer worry about it.
Every step of the way, they are the perfect combination of professional and personal. It still catches me off guard when i get a call hours after a procedure from Dr. Nehra himself just to check and see how I’m doing!
The office staff are always friendly and they check all of your benefits to help you plan for anything you want to have done with no surprises.
They’re the type of office that when you hear strangers talking about dental problems, you want to jump into the conversation and recommend them. lol

Dr. Nehra came highly recommended from family members, when I was searching for a new dentist. I couldn’t be more pleased with switching to Dental Associates of Marlborough. With each procedure, they take the time to explain and answer any questions that I have. It is evident that patient comfort is a top priority as they check to see how I’m doing throughout the appointment and I have even been called in the evening to check to make sure I’m doing well. The entire staff is wonderful to deal with and makes it an incredible TEAM.
They also need to be commended for the community involvement, from their free dental clinic to collecting food for the food pantry and health fairs at the schools.

I went in to get a crown for a tooth that had a root canal done recently. The service was excellent. This was the first time, out of the couple of crowns I have had from other locations, that I had a crown session lasting just 2 hours and walking out with a crown already placed. The technology and the service is phenomenal.
