Love this location. They need to let their employees accept tips. They all work really hard, and deserve a little extra gravy.

This location has such inconsistent service. There is always a line for the drive-thru, but they do manage to get through people quickly. However that being said, they have messed up my order more times that I care to admit, and I will not be returning. It’s not worth it, and there are plenty of other DDs and other coffee places in Marlboro.

Their coffee tastes like liquidated cardboard. How could anybody drink this. So what happens when you try to brew cardboard. You get a fresh brown Aroma. But in all seriousness I used to drink Dunkin’ Donuts all the time it’s just bad.

So when I first arrived at this location it was mid-morning on a Saturday. The drive-thru was packed and I decided to just park and walk in. I found a very short line and friendly wait-staff. While I only purchased donuts, they were fresh and well made. The lobby area was clean and comfortable. Everyone seemed to be working efficiently behind the counter. Wi-Fi actually worked and displays operating as they should. From what I’ve read so far you’ll probably have better luck walking-in to this location.

This particular Dunkin Donuts is awful. To even get to it is a hassle. I’ve never seen a more confusing parking lot/entrance in my life. The service is horrible. I ordered a Strawberry Coolata and the guy acted like it was a huge inconvenience to make one and it was super watery and he didn’t even bother with the whipped cream. They are always out of donuts too which is silly considering it’s Dunkin DONUTS. There are better ones nearby that are friendlier and easier to get in and out of. Skip this one.

We went to this drive through once and it took 20 minutes… that’s even slow for my stanards but it was a Saturday. We gave them another try the next day. The line was much faster, but they were out of everything that we wanted! There are three other dunkin donuts in the area and I won’t go back here.

Dunkin Donuts, and Home Depot, is there really a better combination for a Saturday morning? This DD is in the parking lot of a Home Depot, and some other stores. I again, can only speak on the drive thru. This one is not the fastest drive thru I’ve been through. And considering it’s right on Rt. 20, means 5 mornings a week it gets plenty of business. So why they are so slow is beyond me, certainly not because they don’t get enough practice. Overall however, the food is still good, the muffins are fresh tasting and the coffee’s still better than Starbucks, which is pretty easy, but still my guide. But like I said, not the best or fastest DD’s on my route, so not normally one I would stop at everyday.
