OK the prices are not bad the portion sizes are good but the food really isn’t that good. If you are willing to settle for below-average greasy Chinese then you’ll be fine. But if you’re like me and you don’t like greasy Chinese, You won’t like this place. I will say they had good peking ravioli and I thought their shrimp fried rice is pretty good but nothing else was and as soon as the food starts to get cold you can see the grease congealing on it which kind of turned my stomach. I would suggest going somewhere else unless you are willing to settle for anything

Good service but the food needs to improve! The food taste like its being recycled. like the meat was about to expire and they use it. The frying oil should have been changed but they trying to get more use out of it. That’s what it seems like to me. I tried to give them a chance, went there 3 times to see if things would change and I am never going back!

Ok so really this is Chinese takeout. It’s not high end gourmet fancy in any way … But it is exactly what we want for this demographic of food. We have tried a bunch of places in the area and so far this is our favorite for taste, variety and grease level. The menu was sent to us when we moved from the other side of town so our trying it was random/by chance. We ordered for delivery to give it a shot and food was delivered within the quoted window. Food was hot, exactly what we ordered, packed well and not too greasy. We liked it. I had to cut off a star solely based on delivery. Our house has the driveway on the side, it’s fairly obvious but some have gotten confused because we are a corner lot. The house address is one street but the driveway enters from the side street. Most people call if the cant figure it out or pull up on the side of the road along the front and walk up to the front door like the fedex guy. This delivery guy opted to drive up our(large and very obvious landscaped) front lawn all the way to the door and parked at the base of our front steps on the walkway. We didn’t say anything because we were in total shock and at the end of it there was no damage done so we laughed it off as completely ridiculous. Honestly I thought he was going to drive straight into the living room. It won’t stop us from ordering the«good Chinese food» in the future but we might stick to pick up… at least until we get around to putting up a fence :)

We recently relocated and hadn’t had good luck finding good Chinese out here in Massachusetts. We got a flier for Flaming Wok in the mail a few weeks ago and decided to try it last night. Being a Friday night we were completely exhausted, so we decided to order delivery. We ordered Crab Rangoon, Three Delight, Mandarine Three Delight, and an egg roll. It took about 45 minutes for the food to arrive, but it was all hot, and everything was very good. The dinners were large. We easily could have shared one entrée between the two of us, but now we have enough leftovers to have a whole other meal, so no complaints. The only down side is that we found this place only a few weeks before we are moving into our«permanent» home about 30 minutes away!

I will give this place 2 stars based on speed and conscience. Their pricing was fair for the portion sizes which I’d consider average for Chinese take out. The quality of the food I’d consider to be average as well. Personally food the egg rolls sub par and the beef teriyaki sticks small. Probably will not go out of my way to eat here again.

Last night my girlfriend and I were in the mood for Chinese and we had found a stack of Flaming Wok menu’s in our lobby the week before. I went on Unilocal and saw the mostly positive reviews so we ordered. The food arrived quickly and the prices were very reasonable. The food was ok, nothing spectacular. I had planned on giving it a rating of three stars until we both started to feel ill a few hours later. We both had a terrible night. I threw out the leftover’s and the menu this morning. I will not be ordering from Flaming Wok again.

I do not know what others have gotten from this place, but my wife and I were extremely disappointed. The General Gau’s Chicken was just awful. Completely dry and overcooked. The Teryaki Beef was dry, but tender, the fried rice was dry and bland, and Lo Mein was extremely salty. When I called to ask about the chicken, they told me they sell a lot of it, that its normally like that, and no one ever complains… Until me… I know good Chinese food, and this is definitely NOT it… Maybe we caught them training a new cook…

Lets skip to the chase: Large Fried Jumbo Shrimp were split in half and dipped in tempura. YUM and superb. Scallion Pie was flat, flaky, fresh, and full of scallions, excellent. The Peking Raviolis were fresh, yummy, and not greasy. Mmmmm… Pu Pu Platter for 2 was packed in two containers which is ingenious instead of that endless bag with the spareribs on the bottom. Speaking of spare ribs, they were boneless, small but very tasty. The Crab Rangoon was FULL of crab flavor. Yummers! The Beef Teriyaki were excellent. The Egg Rolls were not from scratch but still had nice chunks of lovely cabbage and pork. I still have chicken fingers and chicken wings to try but I am sure I will enjoy them. Last but not least: a small container of Vegetable Lo Mein which was full of sauteed chunks of pea pods, broccoli, onions, and scallions. Very nice. The quantities are generous. You WILL always have leftovers. The delivery came in a timely fashion. FINALLY! Marlborough has a Chinese(Mandarin, Schezuan, and Hunan) restaurant I can be proud to call my own! HALLELUJAH!

We decided to order from a different place today, and looking at their reviews online decided to order from them, everything was good except the orange chicken which was kinda cold and kinda hard, but other than that no problem.

Best chinese take-out within 15 minutes of me, and there are plenty! Been going there since it was Bieging Garden. There was a brief period when new owners took over BG and it suffered, but after these new, new people changed it to Flaming Wok, I’m back. And, yes, as another person wrote, buckets of food for the money!!! Just remember that if they tell you 15 minutes, be there in 10 because it will probably be ready!

Okay, seriously, I just spent less than $ 25(including tip!) and I have enough food for the entire weekend. And an awesome 2011 bamboo calendar. Goodbye plague, hello healing Chinese food.

it is what it is, fast food, but for what it was it was really good food!, and for the price, great! good sized servings and it came to the house hot. I was impressed. I’ll try it again. my rice was fine, alot of pork in it. :) Yum
