Hunt’s Mobil

I went in for a paper early this morning and asked the guy if they carry the globe. He looked to what looked like a pile of soggy Worcester telegrams I said where? He said «right there» and wouldn’t even move from behind the counter or look? I said sorry I don’t see them where? He said your kidding me right? I said «no I don’t see them» and I moved the top wet telegram and there was another one below, almost just as soggy. I assumed I was missing the pile of Globes. Getting agitated, he says «your kidding» again? he comes from behind the counter like I asked him to move the world (keep in mind that there’s no one else in the store and he just star gazing). He goes to the pile of crap I was looking around and starts digging down through several papers, about 20 papers down he finds a globe. I said «are you kidding me, you couldn’t tell me that its in that pile instead you just stood there on your lazy butt and just said «There right there.» I walked out screaming at him are you kidding me. I wouldn’t spend a dime in that store if it was the last place on earth. If hes not the owner I feel bad for the owner for hiring people like that. If he is the owner shame on him, he should go back to customer service 101.

Excellent service, regardless of the other comments. Knowledgeable and most professional mechanic I have dealt with in owning cars for fifty years. Not the cheapest gas, but competitive. Yes, they rejected my latest car for overly tinted windows. The car came from Texas where tints are important. No sweat, fix it. It’s the law.

These guys rejected inspection for my car for tint being too dark on back passenger windows!
Guess what, same car passed the inspection here, at the same place last year. When I showed them receipt they said they were wrong last year and handily offered me take the tint out for $ 160.
These guys should not be allowed doing inspections as their main goal is to rip you off. Will proceed with filing complaint with RMV.

This is the worst service station ive ever been to! I brought my Brand new Mercedes Benz for a sticker and tge rejected it for ball joints, the ball joints were fine they were trying to screw me for work! There a bunch of thieves! I went down the road to have them checked by real mechanics and they were fine and my car passed! I’ll never go back there!!! Only reason I gave it one star is cause I have to if I could Id give it negitive star’s!

*** RIP OFF ALERT *** In the wrong lane on Route 20, I couldn’t swing in to gas up at the Mobil in a nearby town. The price for super+ was $ 2.85. I continued on and stopped at Hunt’s Mobil in Marlborough, (3 miles away), and the price was $ 3.05. I drove in… and drove out. To the owner: Are you freaking serious with your prices? I know you’re just off 495, but talk about price gouging… *** RIP OFF ALERT *** Also, I was told by a co-​worker that this is the toughest place to obtain an inspection sticker… AVOID HUNT’S MOBIL LIKE THE PLAGUE.
