The first couple of times I ordered from here it was good. But this is the second time they’ve messed up my order. I ordered a Greek salad with no onions or tomatoes, but I still wanted the olives and feta cheese and tuna salad. And I specified that clearly when ordered online. But when my salad came, it was just lettuce and tuna salad. This is the second time that’s happened and I don’t understand why they can’t get it right.

Just moved to the area and already found my goto spot. Their pizza and subs are really good. I like the chix csr salad pizza, delicious. Foods always ready when i get there and the counter help is really great. Very clean inside too which is key. Thanks Pleasnt pizza!

We went here for the first time this week and will definitely be returning. We got two specialty pizzas and both were phenomenal! The crust was crunchy and flavorful and they didn’t skimp on toppings. The flavors were just right, too. We can’t wait to try the other pizzas and items on the menu.

I have been coming to this place for over years. They are consistently good. I usually get a salad with tuna and LOVE it. More food than I should eat at one sitting. The pizza is good too. Actually, everything is good. The people are great too. Usually busy, especially at lunch and dinner but you will wait a reasonable time. BTW, it is a pizza place, so it is noisy and there are only a few tables.

Oh. My. God. Best pizza I have ever had. I have not personally had the subs, but my friends say they are just as good. Pricing is average for this quality of product. The only thing they could improve is their online ordering system. If you want to order from here, call them, it’s less of a headache.

Angry, unfriendly weightlifter(part owner?) is a major turnoff. Pizzerias are everywhere, so you are in a competitive business buddy. Keep your scowling anger to yourself! Food is run of the mill, OK, nothing different offered than dozens of other pizzerias offer. I have eaten here several times because it is convenient, but not anymore. I’ll travel the extra five minutes, get exceptional meals with a friendly smile and thank you at Marlborough House Pizzeria. The muscle man needs to get off the steroids and take anger management classes. No more chances; I won’t return.

Nothing special– typical sub and pizza place. Wouldn’t go out of my way for this place but it wasn’t bad –nice for a quick lunch but if you’re looking for higher quality food go elsewhere

I only have one experience here to base my review on during which I ordered the grand slam specialty sub. It was a bit overwhelming with so many meats stacked on one sandwich. Not sure I would get it again because it was so greasy.

I just ordered delivery from Pleasant for the 1st time after seeing their delivery cars at the apartment complex thought I would give them a try and I was pleasantly surprised. Awesome Mediterranean plate! Quick and polite service and pleasant on the phone. I will order again.

Plenty of options, delicious sandwiches and salads. My coworker and I often order lunch ahead of time using the online ordering and get it by noon which is perfect if you are working around a lunch break. Always hot fresh and delicious.

My family and I get food here all the time and have yet to be disappointed by anything. The Mexican and Caesar pizzas are my personal favorites and I can’t get enough of their grilled veggie wraps. Great food and friendly people. 5 stars all around.

I wish they read the instructions on the tickets when you order on-line. Capital letters and using please doesn’t seem to get their attention. Our subs weren’t toasted like requested so the break was soaking wet from the teriyaki sauce so had to just eat the insides. The pizza was not cooked well done and when you order the House Pizza you don’t want it to be soggy and falling apart. Well it was. I always ask for the chicken wings cooked well done and crispy. Tonights order didn’t look like it was cooked enough and the wings were stuck together. Had to put them in the oven to finish cooking them. The food is good but I just wish they would pay attention to what you are requesting. Don’t bother putting the option of toasted on the webpage if you aren’t going to do it. Need to find a different place!

I live up the street so I have been here quite a few times. The service is good unless you get the muscle guy(I think he is the owner). He always seems mad about something. The food is good. Not as good as the sister shop in Hudson(CJs) on Washington st. I have seen who I think is the owner use his bare hands to make a sub on more then one occasion but what makes me want to never return was when I saw him drop a stack of pizza pans on the floor and use the big pizza spatula to pick them up off the floor and go back to taking pizza out of the oven with it.

Was in Marlborough at my girls house & we got delivery… a Small Calzone is literally TINY — they have online ordering and you get a coupon for the first delivery… Food was ok… Grilled Chicken stir fry was ok, just lacking something. The meat had no flavor — I asked for Cheese it might have been there hard to tell. Veggies were good, just needed something. The Ceaser wrap was Blah. Steak Fries & Reg Fries are under cooked and not really crispy… But its a corner sub shop I have learned to accept what I get when I go to corner sub shops!

Sometimes bad things cause good things to happen. I have an eye infection and it’s a bit difficult to drive at night. Last night my husband had a business dinner to attend and I didn’t feel like cooking, so I decided to order pizza from Domino’s. Their site was not accepting online orders at my location for some reason. Ugh. I looked this place up and decided to give it a try. I love their online ordering system. It’s easy to navigate and allows me to pick and choose toppings and provide special instructions. I ordered a small cheese pizza for dinner and a turkey sub to have for lunch today. The pizza is old school which I love. A very hearty sauce, tons of cheese, and a not too thin or thick crust. The sub was very, very generously portioned and loaded with fresh ingredients. The driver was on time and very polite. I’d definitely order from here again.

I live across the street from Pleasant St Pizza. I’m not a very good cook so I get a lot of takeout. Given those two facts I should be keeping this place in business but it is going to be a very long time before I return. I went there about a year ago and had very rude service while I was ordering. Someone started taking my order and then turned around halfway through and started doing something else. A minute or two later someone else came up and tried to take my order so I told them how rude the first person was thenI left and didn’t return until tonight. I decided to give them another chance. It had been about a year and maybe I over reacted last time. So I ordered a tuna salad sandwich for my fiancée, a grilled chicken parmesan sub for myself and an order of mozzarella sticks to share. There were bones in the chicken in my sub. I told my fiancée and she said I should go back and get it replaced. I didn’t want to go back, I told her that I would just wait another year or so before I return. She really likes Pleasant St. Pizza so she called to complain hoping that an apology would make me feel better about the situation. So she talks to one of the owners and tells her what happened. The owner told her that it was impossible for there to be bones in the chicken(there were three total) and that it must be a vein — as though that was somehow acceptable. The owner offered to replace the sub but all my fiancée wanted was an apology. The owner did apologize but she also said that it was impossible and implied that we were lying. I’m not going to say that I will never return — the place is just across the street from my front door. It literally takes me longer to walk to my parking lot than it takes to walk there. I just don’t anticipate going any time soon. There may be a blizzard or my car may be in the shop or some other situation where I’m not willing or able to drive someplace else. Outside of something like that I won’t be returning.

Pretty narrow review, but since I sold my soul to the Unilocal for my Elite badge I must do my duty. In Marlborough to spend Xmas with the Future-Wife’s family. Needed to do a bit of work and figured I would do some exploring. Came across this shop, which for whatever reason did not come up on my Unilocal searches, and headed in. Ordered a small buffalo ranch chicken sub to-go. $ 6.25 for a good size, 8−10″ or so. Took ten minutes. Sandwich was simple. Chicken tender strips fried, dipped in an excellent wing sauce, laid out on the bread, topped with ranch, lettuce, and tomatoes. Sandwich was hot and fresh. Bread was really excellent, crispy and delicious. I ran a buffalo wing blog when I was at Mizzou, so I take wings, wing-similars(buffalo wraps/subs/pizzas), and wing sauce pretty seriously, and I have to say that I was impressed. Not sure why I ordered it to-go, because I ended up eating it in the car sitting in Pleasant’s parking lot like some sort of heathen. Simple and delicious sandwich. Good amount of food for the money. Good service. Check it out.

This is my second favorite local pizza place under Marlborough House, but they’re not that too far behind one another. This will not be biased because I know a few people that work there, it is honestly as good as everyone(and myself) says it is. I usually would get the BLT there because I was never a huge pizza fan until I tried the buffalo chicken pizza, and now that is all I ever get. The staff is friendly and the food is tasty and very fair. Delivery is quick, and what you would expect from a delivery driver. I can’t speak on everything, I’ve only had the BLT and buffalo chicken pizza, but pizza is usually always the same, the consistency is on point. Parking in the plaza is a little hard to come by if you wanna get close, at least during the middle of the day, but it’s not insane.

This place is REALLY clean inside. You don’t always know that when you’re only getting delivery so I thought you might like to know. These guys are pretty nice and the food is pretty good. It’s basically what you’d expect, but it doesn’t disappoint.

We have really grown to love this pizza shop over the past couple years. Their pizzas are always really good and loaded with toppings. You can get just a slice or two to go if you want. The wait time to get your order is always much quicker than other places. The salads here are seriously good. We have been getting antipasto salads and they are huge. They put tons of deli meat in them — and it isn’t the cheap crap deli meat that a lot of other pizza places put in theirs. They still charge a fee for delivery but sometimes you just have to pay it!
