Smilistic Dental of Marlborough

FUCK SMILISTIC DENTAL CARE! My mother is going on OVER TEN WEEKS* WITHOUT TEETH because of their continued mistakes and delays with her dentures. THE FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER they pulled ALL BUT THREE of my moms teeth to make dentures and PROMISED HER she would HAVE TEETH BY JANUARY FIRST. The first time she saw something that even resembled teeth (which was a wax mold and not the actual dentures she would have was THE LAST WEEK OF JANUARY! They were so wrong and she told them about her discontent and they sent them out and and then the «final» set came in around the first week of FEBRUARY. Guess what?!! THOSE WERE WRONG TOO!!! So today, ONCE AGAIN my mom went in to pick up her FINAL TEETH and they are STILL FUCKED UP! THIS IS UNNACCEPTABLE! I cried for my mom today beacuse i feel so fucking bad. She HASNT EATEN SOLID FOOD FOR OVER TEN FUCKING WEEKS. She lost over ten pounds and is severely depressed over this. If you could see the look in her eyes, or hear the quiver in her voice while trying to hold back tears talking about it, or even actually see her bawl her eyes out over this BULLSHIT… Of course at this point she’s stuck with this shitshow of a dentist office because Mass Health is covering the dentures, and moneys tight so she cant drop about $ 1,200 on dentures. Wishing for a miracle because this is fucked up. I love her with every fiber of my being and I would give anything to see her smile and be happy again.

Worst experience I have ever had. Dr. Pawandeep Singh was very distant answering my questions about the procedure he was going to perform. Sarcasm seem to be the norm of his bedside manners. «. Told him I was just needing information before he did the fillings» after asking he said «one tooth may need a route canal because it so close to nerve» information that you would get from a general dentist was not forth coming with him at all. He gave me an over cane just stick it in my month no explanation to the procedure. I really did not feel comfortable he sarcastically said well we want u to know the information like a women can not ask questions. Not ok at all please Northboro, Marlborough, southboro mass if u go to the mall see smiliestic dentist next to Friday’s keep on walking nice furniture and clean office but that all it is not ok. On Zoedoc many complaints about technique I know believe the one ratings BEWARE !!!
