The Threading Spa

What a horrible experience! Im giving one star only because I cant post the review with no stars. I went a few months ago when I moved to the area and will never go back. I had a bad feeling when I saw the eyebrows of the blonde older lady that threaded mine. Hers where very thin and shaped in a semi-​circle like a clowns. I was hesitant but since I only needed to clean them a little I gave her a chance. To my surprise she started by critizing my perfectly shaped and balanced eyebrows that only needed some cleaning and told me she would try to fix them! I should have run from her but stayed… and ended up with very thin and straight eyebrows that looked very different from each other. I looked like a cartoon character. I wanted to cry right there. And she had the guts to tell me that it was hard but she fixed them! I bet she got her threading skills while working for a circus! Never go there! Not even for an emergency when your usual salon cant take you last minute. If you can drive a few miles more go to Shalinis in Westborough. They are the real experts and most of the time will take last minute walk-​ins.

Giving my experience one star seems too nice. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for about two years, I have NEVER had a worse experience. I suggest making the trip to Natick if your’e considering whether or not to go here. Auburn and Leominster also do a great job. I worked with Ellie? The blonde. She was very rude and barely even touched my eyebrows, spent maybe two minutes on them. She also cut a huge chunk out of the middle of one of my eyebrows. When I complained she proceeded to blame me for how they looked. I’ve had a bad experience with her before and each of these two times I have ended up at Natick hoping to get them fixed with the women there feeling horrible for me and telling me to never go back there again. Horrible skill, horrible customer service from this one woman, will never go back there again.

This location is actually a partially enclosed area in the middle of the mall walkway (not a storefront). It is right in front of Children’s Place and the children’s play area. It was very quick and I thought the woman I had did a decent job. $ 12 for eyebrows.

Always enjoy it. Reasonably priced, they do a great job and it lasts long. Its not «pain free» but I like it better than waxing. The cons are, it can have a wait and there isnt a waiting list, so walk around the mall to get in. And let them know how you want your brows — thicker or thinner.
