I have several recommendations for Bruce, based on our past experiences ordering t-shirts and sweatshirts for our martial arts studio(which is a single location in a franchise), that I hope he will take seriously: 1. Put systems in place to make sure that every order you accept gets fulfilled correctly before it ships. Every order we have received from Coaches Choice has had some sort of mistake, whether we received extra shirts, the wrong size/color shirts, or were missing shirts. One time is excusable, but when it happens every time, you have something wrong in your fulfillment practices. 2. Send invoices with a payment due date, and be more flexible about accepting credit card payments. Yes, you have to pay a merchant fee; work that into your pricing just like the rest of us. It would also be nice if you had a payment portal on your website so we can enter our credit card or banking information there. Coaches Choice might be a good choice for a small sports team, but they have their limitations when working with larger organizations that have multiple locations. It’s obvious that they still use paper and pen when what they need is a database system to manage their more complex orders.

Bruce is always accurate and prompt with our uniform orders, and is priced competetively. Highly recommend.
