I agree with the other reviewer 110%. This company has gone way down hill in recent years. Calls are never returned, and their work is sloppy at best.

This place is absolutely terrible. I work in an office where there is an aquarium set up by this company. They are supposed to automatically come out to clean the tank but never do and they need to be called at least three or four times to try and get them to come out. On the rare occasion that you do speak to a live human on the phone, they can never even give you an idea of when they are coming out. The poor fish are always swimming around in a filthy and dark tank (they never fixed the light timer for daylight savings time). Imagine how this makes the company that I work for look. This company is a rip off and will tell you exactly what you want to hear until it comes down to doing the work!!!
