Steven R. Neuner Esq. is Board Certified as a Business Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification. For five years since 2007 he has been selected as one of the 5% of New Jersey attorneys designated «Superlawyers» in bankruptcy law. He has served as bankruptcy trustee in New Jersey for over 24 years, acquiring a wealth of practical and legal knowledge that he puts to use for clients every day. He represents trustees, debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
He has served as an arbitrator in various cases, and has served as a receiver in cases in Camden and Gloucester Counties. He is a civil mediator, bankruptcy mediator, and foreclosure mediator.
He regularly writes and lectures on topics of interest to the public and the bankruptcy bar.
