I was first introduced to the world of conservation as an undergraduate at NYU when I interned over the summer months at the Baltimore Museum of Art. I was immediately drawn to a career that mixed both science and art together, an unusual combination. It’s also important in this field to have an unusual amount of patience for focused attention to detail over long periods of time and good manual dexterity to work with one’s hands. Happily it’s been a perfect match for my personality.
