History

Established in 2003.

Perlow Productions was founded in 2003 by long time sports broadcaster Mike Perlow. He is a Boston native who relocated his family and company from Boston to South Jersey in 2007. Mike spent more than 17 years as a TV sportscaster in markets ranging from Burlington, Vermont to Fort Myers, Florida and then Boston. Mike won Associated Press Broadcaster Awards for «Best Sportscast» and «Best Sports Reporter». While working on-​air at New England Sports Network in Boston, he was nominated for a New England Sports Emmy. Mike cut his teeth in television production shooting, writing and editing sports highlights and feature stories for his respective station’s nightly sportscasts as well as serving as an on-​camera anchor and reporter. Mike’s creative story-​telling and conversational interviewing skills are among the greatest talents he brings to every client production.

Business Owner

Mike Perlow is the Founder and President of Perlow Productions. Prior to starting Perlow Productions, Perlow was a Sports Anchor/​Reporter for New England Sports Network in Boston where he was nominated for a New England Sports Emmy. In April of 2005, he anchored the highest rated edition of NESN SportsDesk in the network’s history. Prior to NESN, Perlow served as a producer for a nightly 60-​minute live «Sports World» program for New England Cable News. The early years of his television career found him working as a sports anchor/​reporter in Vermont and Florida. Mike produced long-​form features for NESN’s «Front Row» magazine program. He has also served as a consultant for Gotuit Media; helping them to expand their news, sports and entertainment OnDemand content/​projects.

Mike has won Associated Press Broadcaster Awards for «Best Sportscast» and «Best Sports Reporter».
