We are a husband a wife couple from South Jersey. We’ve found that most specialty store don’t understand the importance of customer service. At Popie’s, we believe that customer service is what makes or breaks a business. Money is important but, not everything. Honesty, positivity, good people, and switching people to a healthier alternative is what drives us.

I went here when I first started vaping. I tried a couple of other places but they weren’t as good. the staff is nice and knowledgeable. the place is so clean.

When they first opened, this place was great, but quickly turned. I’ve been vaping for almost 5 years (way before they came into town!) and always felt like they talked down to me. It’s very hard to get someone’s attention here, and honestly, not worth my energy anymore. I’ve said this in other reviews, I get to choose who earns my business, and don’t feel like they deserve my hard earned money anymore. I don’t like to rate local businesses poorly when I know they are trying to earn a good living, but work on your customer service ASAP. The kiddies that hang out there all the time too make for a really uncomfortable experience sometimes when everyone turns to stare at who walks in the door. Way to make paying customers feel unwelcome. With brick and mortar shops popping up literally all over the place, I’ll go where my business is appreciated. Sorry.

I have gotten multiple products from this shop and customer service there is phenomenal. They’re nice, helpful, and informative. They really know their products and how to help the consumer choose the right vape and accessories. I have had issues with some products (completely my fault on almost every occasion) and they did not hesitate once to see to it that the problem was resolved and I left happy. Thank you guys for all of the help you’ve given me, I know I’ve probably been nothing but a pain but I really appreciate all you have done!

My boyfriend and I have come here for almost a year now, …even-​though we live 40 minutes away! I personally think they’re a great shop, very professional, very knowledgeable, large selection of both ejuice and accessories, and very very sweet people. Cole is fantastic and he’s a HUGE help. thank you guys so much!

Been here many times and every time it just gets better. Seems like every time I go in they have new products to offer. Almost everyone there knows how to build an rda and they do it perfectly every time love this place can’t wait to stop in again.

Meant to update my review for a while now but Popies is one of the best shops around the area, friendly staff and the owner is cool. Great selection of everything and a nice hang out spot. Definitely recommended for new or long time vapers.

Nothing but bad experiences with this place, the people are so rude and not very knowledgable about the product they sell and are seemingly unaware of anything that exists outside of the low end cloned kanger products that they carry, they’re pricing isn’t bad at all and they do carry a couple premium juices but they do not make their own, that’s something I like to see. A shop that can make their own solid line is a shop that knows what they’re doing.
Everytime I go in the place is bombarded with high school kids who I guarantee aren’t 19 and getting an employees attention is nearly impossible even though there are 3+ people behind the counter at all times.
Overall, there are other places I’d rather go

Popie’s is pretty awesome. It’s got a massive selection of mods/​pens/​accessories at reasonable prices — although I have seen some of their items considerably marked up (but also some marked down) from the average. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a fun environment — everyone is always chillin and discussing vapes. They seem to have items I have not located anywhere else. Decent juice selection (very solid Vapor Chef selection).
I deduct one star because they charge for a build. This is the first place I’ve seen this done and when I buy something significantly priced, I kind of expect the build to be free.

This place is great. Staff are extremely knowledgable and friendly. The juice bar is great, bring your own tip or ask for a disposable one and they will let you try the juices before buying.
My first time there, I spoke with just about everyone in the shop and thy were all really nice and had no problem helping me and my two friends.
Went back twice in the first week with other friends, all of us attempting to quit cigarettes. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an alternative to smoking or just enjoys vaping.

Clean and professional business. Has an array of e-​liquids that you can sample before you buy (which is great). Prices vary on e-​liquid depending on brand. Kits, batteries, tanks and more.
The salesmen are very knowledgeable and very helpful. You also receive a frequent buyer card on e-​liquid after your purchase. All and all a great experience. I would only recommend that they should offer sample tastingsof e-​liquids in 0mg nicotine.

Went in to check out the hype over vaping after checking out a friends. Family owned business that is knowledgable and extremely friendly. Love the juice bar where you can test out different flavors before buying! As a former smoker, this is a way for me to get the fix I want but better. Love all the flavors and don’t miss cigarettes at all!

I really liked popi’s. They had some cool choices for my upgrade for my ecig including no plastic parts, which I’ve found to be important. They are knowledgable and friendly. I like the general vibe in there. The flavors and lines of liquid need to be expanded.

I have been to many «up and comming» vape shops from the west coast, south and now the east and this one is by far the best one I have been too. Very clean and professional look. Lots of light in the shop. Family owned shop. Has a quite a bit of juices and accessories as well. Needs to improve the assortment of flavors bit pretty good overall. The staff are really motivated and knowledgable as well. Will be back solely on the great customer service.

I love the idea of a vapor lounge. Everyone working there are so knowledgeable. I smoke cigars on occasion, but don’t like the way my throat fills the day after. With the E Cigs I don’t have this problem. There are so many options to choose from. The flavors are endless come in and sit at the smoke bar and be prepared to be blown away. I customized my own E Cig after picking out my battery, liquid tank, and smoke tip. Once again so many options. Come in and fill right at home. Much success to popies vapor lounge.
