Pump It Up of Marlton

This is a great place for a great party! There are tons of awesome huge inflatables and even cute little areas for the wee little ones!
It’s a bit of a pain to keep track of your darlings in the glow in the dark parties though. The kids LOOVE it t though :)
The staff explain the rules prior to the jump-​fest and do their best to keep sanitary.
The party room is nice and the party ‘throne’ is utterly cool! Staff also helps pack up the gifts in a cart and take it to your car!

We were here for a good friend’s daughter’s 6 year old birthday party.
Here’s what impressed me the most. There are definitely plenty of things for kids to do. It’s fairly well run top to bottom. The staff was very helpful when it was time for pizza and cake serving all of the kids and bringing the presents and leftovers out to the car for the parents.
What didn’t impress me? I felt like the staff went through the motions. They didn’t interact much in the play area. Maybe they’re not supposed to. You go to one room and play, then you go to the next room when they tell you to, then you eat when they tell you to. The efficiency lends itself to being a little detached.
But, as a parent, I actually appreciate the efficiency very much. It outweighed everything.
I’ve seen other locations with worse reviews here on Unilocal.But it appears this location is well run in comparison.

Been to pump it up in secaucus several times. Even booked my kids party there twice. It was my first time in this location. We just went to a party there today, feb 1. Staff was great. Place was clean. My only gripe is that they should invest in a clothes rack so we can hang coats and keep things organized. They told us to put coats in a large bin. Same kind of bin that would ordinarily hold gifts. Crazy! What if something fell from my pocket? What if others peoples coats are dirty and u have their coat on to of yours? People spend up to a $ 1000 for a party and they can’t be bothered to invest in a rack so people don’t have to dig for their coat or hold on to theirs? I have 3 kids so I’m holding 4 coats and can’t eve enjoy the party. So although it was a minor detail it was a drag on the party and really prohibited guests from enjoying. You can tell that people didn’t want to use the bin since they had their coats on the limited number of chairs. I mentioned this to the manager but I’d like to just repeat it on a open board so they act on it.

I planned an 8^th birthday party for my niece at Pump It Up’s Marlton NJ location and I could not have been more pleased.
Booking: I filled out an online party request and was contacted within 24 hours by a friendly staff member. I selected a date and time from the slots they had available and gave her a $ 100 credit card deposit. (Nothing else is needed until the day of the party though I called a week before and paid the balance over the phone). A receipt was emailed to me immediately after booking. Complimentary invitations were mailed that day and received three days later. They also had an online E-​vite system so I was able to invite some guests via email too. Put simply, booking was a breeze.
Party: the week of the party (approx. 3 days prior) someone from Pump It Up called to get the final head count. On the day of they were polite, enthusiatic and well organized. Someone helps unload and load your car. You’re allowed to bring a cake, chips, fruit, soft pretzels and other snacks, but all hot food must be purchased through them. We purchased pizzas from them as well as soda and bottles of water. Whatever was left over they send it home with you. The birthday child sits on a blow up throne when they sing happy birthday.
Bounce rooms: The two bounce rooms were clean and the kids had a blast. We had the glow party which they especially liked. It wasn’t too dark for them. We told everyone in advance to wear bright clothing. The parties are completely private which is the best part. Unlike other children’s party venues there aren’t a lot of other groups competing for space on the obstacles or bounce machines.
This company is VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fun party for kids. Working with them was really a breeze and a pleasure. All of the other party guests were talking about how great the party was.

Both my daughters were at a birthday party here yesterday. We’ve been to Bounce U several times, but this was our first time at Pump It Up. I have to say this «inflatable park» is better than its competitor. Both have separate bouncing rooms for multiple parties. At both locations, kids start in one room, move to another, and end in a room where pizza and cake are served. What, then, makes this place better? First –and most important-​, my kids just seemed to like the inflatable options better here. Secondly, the set-​up made it really easy to keep track of both kids. Also, they offered Capri Sun juice boxes (or soda or water) with the pizza (Bounce U only offers soda). Sounds silly, but it’s much better for my 2yo. Finally, the pizza there was really delicious.

We attended a party here yesterday for the daughters of a local celebrity.
Really.
And let me just say that Pump it Up is like a chaotic wonderland for kids.
It’s filled with giant bouncy inflatables, an obstacle curse, a giant slide, a slippery-​slope tower, air hockey and more.
For kids aged 5 — 10 it’s great! The also have 2 private party rooms for the cake and pizza eating.
They reserve parking spots for the birthday child and also place all the presents into a cart and help you wheel it to your car (nice touch).
If we lived closer, we would definitely drop in for the «Pop-​in play» sessions.

Just got back from a party for my daughter at Pump It Up. It goes without saying that if you put children into a room filled with inflatable slides, obstacle courses and other bouncy zones, they will have a good time. What was great for the parents was just how easy they made everything for us. From helping get things out of our car, setting up the rooms, all of the little details during the party and even helping get the gifts and extra food back into the car, I was very pleasantly surprised. And everyone was very nice too! Not expensive for the level of service and fun. Highly recommended.
