Here we go again had been on vacation. Found a new place it will be ready Jan 2016. Wont be renewing LEASE AT Barton Run let’s get real if you leave before your lease is up They will still want your money
UNBELIEVABLE WELCOME HOME 5XS IN 6 MONTHS ONLY THIS TIME THE WATER FROM 2NDD FLOOR UNIT WENT INTO THE CEILING THE WATER DOWN WALLS. MOLD MILDEW AN ODOR. SPOKE WITH THE OFFICE EARLIER TODAY Had not seen te apt at this pt. Asked if they cd put mre another unit yes won’t pay for moving costs* won’t put mesomewhere to live until fixed. The noise level from the fans the rugstaken out visible mold. Water on top of refrig dirty odor 8 cd ho on I was told I wd not be able to my lr d9ning room and ki5 area but cd use my bedrooms and bathroomsI am paying for a 2br 2bath which includes a kit lr and dr. The odor so I am to live there? Are they kidding? Please feel free to come by 384A Barton Ron Blvd for a House and Garden Tour. THIS COMPLEX DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS I am a human being paying my rent in good faith.

We lived at The Villager at Barton Run Apartments for over 3 years. We loved it there! It’s in a nice neighborhood and is pet friendly. Maintenance and office staff were very responsive and took care of any issues quickly and with a great attitude.
