At the law firm of Graybill and Mead, PLLC, our attorneys practice all throughout the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The main office is located in Ishpeming, Michigan, but we have satellite offices in L’Anse and in Marquette for client convenience. Client satisfaction is the focus of the practice. Our primary goal is to resolve matters without litigation but we are prepared to appear in all courts in the area, including but not limited to, Marquette County, Baraga County, Houghton County, Dickinson County, Delta County, Luce County, and Alger County. Effective, aggressive and client directed representation is our goal. We are always available for consultation and representation at a reasonable cost.
Our firm is a general practice firm. However, our attorneys focus on areas of Real Estate Law, Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Business and Corporate Law, Family Law, Probate Litigation, Criminal Law, but are also well versed in other areas of law. What this means for you, is that we have an attorney able to handle most any legal issue you may be faced with.
History
Established in 2005.
Richard Graybill started his solo practice in approximately 1996. I joined the law firm in 2005 and became part owner that year. In approximately 2012, I became the sole owner.

Business Owner
Daniel D. Mead is a graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School Cum Laude and undergraduate degree from Oakland University. Daniel is originally from Northwest Ohio. After high school, Daniel joined the United States Marine Corp where he served as an infantryman for 4 years. Daniel is married and has two children. Daniel enjoys all things outdoors. Daniel practices in the areas of real estate law regarding all matters. Daniel also practices in probate matters, family law, criminal law, and general civil litigation. Daniel is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Marquette County Bar Association. Daniel is admitted to practice in both the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community Tribal Court and Federal Court. Daniel is a member of the following sections of the bar: Real Property Law Section, Probate & Estate Planning Section, General Practice — Solo & Small Firm Section, Elder Law & Disability Rights Section, Family Law Section.
