Cox Residential Digital Solutions Store

I use to love Cox, I had them for decades. But now they are terrible. I guess thats what happens when you have a monopoly, you don’t have to give a shi*t. It all started last year when I had a problem with a channel. They sent one of their «independent contractors» who after I told him I wanted no wire work and just wanted to cancel the channel he drilled a massive hole in the wall. We tried to get the contractor to come back and the idiots never did. Call us and everything like they were on their way but never showed. Turns out the technician wasn’t even suppose to be there but came anyway. Then he proceed to stalk us after we told him we didn’t want him back on the premises. Then the installed the Contour box to go with our new big screen. Of course it then cuts off the cable thats been working perfectly for 25 years. So we have to put a contour box. It is by far the worse box ever. It stops working mid way. I have to keep resetting it over and over. Now the guide and channels won’t work when yesterday it did. I am bringing these boxes back and cutting off my cable because they don’t deserve my almost $ 200 month for sh*tty a** service.
And on to the store. The store is ghetto and always filled with angry customers. No one knows anything, its like they pulled them out of elementary school to work. Don’t go with Cox. In fact I recommend you go with nobody because they all suck pretty much.
