History

Established in 1980.

Free Energy was originally owned by the Harbys and located in the Wexford Flats in the 80’s. Moved to our current location on Route 228 in the late 80s. Gary and Debra Ferguson have owned the business since 2004. William Walters joined our business in 2010 and is extremely knowledgeable in servicing units as well as installing. Fergusons strives in customer service and making our customers happy through out the entire process and after!

Gary has been in the fireplace business for over 20 years and is NFI certified. His knowledge and experience with wood and gas units are the best in the business. He is the expert and looks forward to helping customers make the best choice for their heating needs. Gas grills/​smokers are one of Gary’s passions. He has tried all the grills that we sell and will be happy to tell you all about it! Fergusons is a family owned business, no subcontractors. Gary does ALL the work himself from start to finish, so its done right!
