Established in 1982.

Betsy went to work at Catfish Express in 1982. She and I bought the business in 2009.

Business Owner

Betsy and I have been married since 1984. she came to work here in 1982 when it was a Catfish King. In 1995 the owner of the business and I entered into a partnership in the catering side of the business. Betsy and I grew the business form 1 trailer to a fleet of 6. and in 2006 we bought out our partner and his restaurant.

From the very beginning we decided to serve only the best food available. While some catfish caterers were serving cheaper Vietnamese Basa and calling it catfish, we always serve farm raised American catfish. Our dedication to quality extends to all our menu items. We will always give you the best food at the best price anywhere.
