History

Established in 2000.

After 10 years of appraising as part of an appraisal firm, James Duca went out on his own and created JD Appraisal & Associates in the year 2000. With over 10 years so far, and now including his son Michael, JD Appraisal & Associates will continue to provide professional real estate appraisals and appraisal consulting for decades to come.

Michael is lucky enough to have been trained by his father James, whom was a Real Estate Broker for 20 years, and a Real Estate Appraiser for 20 years following that!
