History

Established in 2013.

We opened Marshfield Blooms because I love creating art in flowers. (Please browse my photo gallery for examples of my designs.) Training as an apprentice in my Mother’s flower shop for several years provided the opportunity for me to learn the techniques necessary to put my natural talent to use professionally. Thank you, Mom! I couldn’t have done it without you! As a family, my husband, son and I have come to enjoy working together in the shop to make sure that every order is beautiful before it leaves our shop. We bring the joy of your message in flowers, right to your recipient’s door! So when you order flowers from Marshfield Blooms, you’re doing more than just buying flowers. You’re supporting a local economy and allowing our family to realize our dream of working together.

Hello, I am Ramona. While I prefer to talk about flowers for you, Yelp says I have to talk about me :) During high school I discovered a natural talent for arranging flowers, and I became accomplished in the art of floral design by working in my Mother’s flower shop. She was a licensed florist in LA. After high school, however, I obtained my RN degree and worked as an RN for 14 years. When I was ready for a career change, it felt natural to go back to my first love, flowers! I thoroughly enjoy helping my clients make someones day a little brighter with flowers. Whether celebrating a joyful occasion or expressing sympathy, I believe there is a perfect flower arrangement to distinctly express every emotion. It’s up to me to create an artistic design that perfectly expresses my customers’ wishes to their recipient. As an added bonus, I love that I’m able to work with my sweet husband of 21 years, and our wonderful son in our shop. Life is good, and I am thankful!
