As a reluctant client of Arcpoint Martinez for several years now, I can only express gratitude to the. Their professionalism, their thoroughness, their efficiency with certified staff and unquestionable procedures are one of the primary reasons that I get to be a mom in my kids lives in what has been one of the most high conflict stressful custody battles from hell. I would not trust another testing facility to deliver the same quality. Their humor and compassion really is helpful and welcomed too… I am a huge grateful fan of Arcpoint Martinez. L. M

Unbelievable. I trusted this company to test me for drugs to prove to my ex wife that I have not been using. I have never tested positive for drugs. The lady who runs Arc Point, in Martinez, had the audacity to have her employee call me, which she’s done twice now, and ask me to come in the following day because she has a kid issue. I understand that people have kid issues. The last time she asked me to come in the following day, I did, and tested negative, as my email states. This time she chose to write my ex wife an email claiming that I didn’t show up to a test, after HER EMPLOYEE ASKED ME TO COME IN THE FOLLOWING DAY. I did come in the following day and tested negative. Now, I’ve lost custody of my 3 year old daughter unless I want to have supervised visits at $ 50/​hour. This business should not be allowed to exist with this kind of incredible lack of integrity. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

This place is spectacular! it’s friendly, fast, and clean comfortable. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed! Geralyn and Mike at the desk is always the most helpful in my opinion. It’s the best place for drug testing. highly recommend it!

Extremely friendly, very clean and service is extremely fast. They answered the questions to all of my concerns. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I had to go to ARCpoint for my per-​employment drug test and it was actually really great. I know weird right getting a drug test done was great lol but it really was. The employees were very welcoming and friendly. There was no wait time which was a big plus! The lady explained everything to me and even answered some questions that I had. The whole place was very clean which was an even bigger plus because the last place I went was really really gross. Also, there is no appointments needed you can walk in whenever! I HIGHLY recommend going here if you need anything done they even do DNA tests, hair tests (which i thought was pretty cool), instant tests, etc.

If you don’t have to go here, don’t. Unfortunately, I had to go here since this was the place of choice for my pre-​employment. The place is unkempt. The commode had lint (and other unmentionables). The bathroom does not lock– but that may be because of the nature of this place. Their pamphlet in the ‘waiting’ area states there is no wait. but I did wait about 15−20min. ?? haha
The worst part: the person helping me was unprofessional. I know he’s been working here for the past few months and knows all about the protocol, but obviously I don’t. He could have been more helpful and courteous in regards to following the procedures. He looked at my ID and commented, «You live in a bourgeois-​a$$ town.» He also commented on my (Filipina natural) tan, compared his tan to mine, then proceeded to tell me he went on a friend’s boat a few days prior and forgot to put on sunscreen because he was drunk.
Of course I was pleasant the whole time but could not wait to get out of there. I went to my car and realized the lady did not return my driver’s license after photocopying. I had to go back inside and the same guy who helped me said, «You just wanted to come back and see me.» (He was joking of course – but it’s so unprofessional.) He did tell me to have a good weekend and I’m sure he did not mean any harm. I just wouldn’t go back there if I could help it.
