Horrible customer service! The tax preparers range from fake-​friendly, stand-​offish, condescending, and just plain rude. The guy who did my taxes last night barely spoke two words to me, and didn’t even acknowledge me when I came back in today to make my payment and collext my documents, and I’m not convinced that my taxes were even done right.
When I arrived this afternoon, the staff was trying to make $ 7.00 in change for the customer ahead of me. Not sure why it took one receptionist and 4 tax preparers to make $ 7.00 in change other than the fact that they kept very little cash on hand. Umm hello its tax day and some people do still actually pay for rgings with old school cash. You may want to make sure you have enough on hand.
Not only are they rude to customers but they are very condescending to their own receptionist! One had the nerve to chastise her infront of customers! It’s no wonder the poor woman was frazzled with four bullies breathing down her neck. Another customer who was in the store high fived me when I told the receptionist I wouldn’t be back next year because of the attitudes of the people she had to work for. I’m sure one or two od her overseers was lurking in an open office within ear shot.
This brown person will take her green dollars somewhere else next year. I refuse to pay over $ 300 to treated like garbage, and watch someone else be treated as such.
