Mark Woodard – State Farm Insurance Agent

Mark Woodard and his office manager Denise are outstanding! I am a single Mom who has had many challenges in my life and they have helped me maintain my insurance with ease and empathy every time!!! Recently it was assumed a tractor hit my parked car and then known that a drunk 17 year old crashed into my front end as it was parked again! Mark handled my crying hysteria in a gentle professional manner, dropping whatever he was doing to make a call to claims and get to the bottom of their discovery. My car looks great and I did not have to pay a deductible. I highly recommend working with Mark’s team… Extraordinarily helpful and kind. Real Winners. P. S. It says a lot when an insurance agent has many clients and still yells across downtown Martinez my full name as he walks by… we did not know each other well at that time. Impressive.
