Gary’s team at Martinez Auto Body are incredible. Sean who took care of the repair of my Saturn Vue did a amazing job. The parts are hard to find and expensive because Saturn is no longer in operation. Sean found the parts, gave me a good price and replaced my car in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service I recieved at Martinez Auto Body and would highly recommend them to anyone needing professional auto body service. Another nice touch was the follow-​up call I recieved from Gary checking on the service I recieved.

Gary @ Martinez Auto Body has worked on 3 generations of my family’s automobiles. The first car I owned was a 1968 Firebird and Gary and his team did an incredible job of restoring it to its original condition in 1978. Most of my friends took their cars to Gary and they all turned out beautiful.
Now it is 2016, and I am still taking our cars to Gary. Gary’s team did a great job repairing our 2005 Mercedes SUV — it was a perfect job.
Gary’s team just completed body and paint on our 1988 Mercedes Roadster. It looks beautiful and as always better than new!

We just had our truck fixed at Martinez Auto Body. They did an excellent job and my husband is picky. They also give excellent customer service. We shopped around and got little help from two other shops, but it was worth the leg work to get such good service. Thank you!

Leaking sunroof in Dodge Ram Truck… Dodge dealership quoted $ 150 diagnosis charge plus the Time and Material to repair… could be $ 300 to $ 500 dollars and could be more. Took it in to Martinez body shop. They did the whole job for $ 150. Rained this morning and truck interior is absolutely dry… I’m loving it!

I had a small repair for my Sequoia and wanted someone local to fix it. Originally called Hagen and the referred my to Martinez Auto Body. I talked to Dan and he setup an appt and gave me a very reasonable quote/​estimate to fix it. Issue was fixed and everything is working great. Thanks Dan!

Excellent all the way! I found this place through Unilocal when I needed some repairs and they were approved through the insurance company. Ordered the parts ahead of time so my car would be in the shop the minimal amount of time. Handled everything directly with the insurance company so I didn’t have to do anything! Even washed my car :-) Wonderful customer service, convenient and friendly! I would highly recommend and go back (although hopefully I never have to)!

My 16 year old daughter ran my 2004 Acura MDX (with 168,000 miles on it) into a wall while trying to park. The good news is that she was fine. My car however was not. Clearly I was going to need a new hood and I couldn’t get the hood to even latch! I didn’t want to use my insurance. And I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars making the front of my car look fabulous when the rest of the car has seen better days. When I checked around with a few friends, they all said «Go see Mark and Gary (they are a father/​son team) at Martinez Autobody. They do great work at reasonable prices.» So off I went. The first thing they did was fix my hood so that it latched and I could drive it safely. I really appreciated that!
Mark and Gary got it that I didn’t want to have to rent a car while my car was being fixed and that I wanted it to look «fine, but it didn’t have to be perfect». So they suggested that they get all the parts they needed, paint them, and then have me bring my car back. This was a fabulous idea. Once they did all that, they called me and it took less than a day for them to do what they needed to do. Very little fuss for me which I loved!!! And my car looks great!
They were a pleasure to deal with and I absolutely will do business there again.

Took my car to Martinez Auto Body to have the sun/​moon roof replaced and the roof repainted. The car was finished in the time frame quoted, and the price was right. The paint was flawless and the sun/​moon roof was a perfect fit. The crew did an outstand job on the repairs. I highly recommend Martinez Auto Body.

Imagine the heartache I had having bought my brand new car just two months ago only to have an accident in the Safeway parking lot. State Farm recommended Martinez Auto Body and I’m so glad they did!
Walking in, you’re greeted by Kelly & Gary and you feel right at home from the very start. They took a look at the damage and even though my new car was a 2015 and not in the national system yet, they were able to give me an estimate and give me a quick turnaround time that day.
When I brought the car in to have the work done, everyone was very nice and promised they would handle «my baby» with care. They assured me it would be locked up inside every night and well-​taken care of.
3 days later I got the call from Kelly that my car was done and I could come pick it up. As I approached the sparkling car, it looked as though I had simply taken it to the car wash… there was no hint that any body work had been done. It looked as good as it had on the showroom floor the day i bought it!
I highly recommend Gary, Kelly and the entire staff at Martinez Auto Body. They are tops in their profession!

Gary and Kelly are total professionals in the right business. Right after my parked car was hit by a drunk kid, the police were ready to tow it while I was still waiting to hear if the defendants’ insurance was going to cover the deductible. Being a single Mom this matters. Gary called me back right away and said it was fine to tow it there and they would hold it until the claim was complete at no charge. Once the report was complete Kelly called with the details and they starting working on it right away. No headaches. Just clean body work. Gary personally picked me up when it was done! My car looks as it did before the crash and I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need! Awesome!

I had a great experience at MTZ Auto Body… I called and requested a quote to get the «right rocker molding» (the piece of car between the tires under the doors) replaced because I decided to do some off roading in my sedan… Not on purpose. Anyway, the lady, I think it was Lisa, on the phone was really nice… Since I didn’t have time to come in and show her, she let me email a pic to her with the VIN. She gave me a quote, and ordered the part. They had the part, and when I was ready to come have it installed she gave me great news! The part had come painted (my friends say this is uncommon) this saved me $ 400… I appreciate her integrity, communication, and timeliness. It was as painless as auto body repair can be!

Deafnately a 5 star, there service and job well done would recommend this place for any car problems

They are very friendly and professional. My car came back better than they got it. There were no hassles and the insurance company authorized the repairs quickly. They even take the time to detail the car when they were done. I am very pleased and glad a friend referred me.

I can’t say enough good things about this business. My car received some damage in a parking lot when someone rubbed up against it and scratched all the paint on the left rear. State Farm said this business is on their preferred provider list, so I checked them out.

–Originally they thought the work would take three days (over the phone without seeing it). In reality, they completed it in less than two.
–Painting work looked FABULOUS
–They stayed open 45 minutes longer than their posted hours so I could pick up my car without taking too much time off work.
–They completely washed the car, and I think even vacuumed the interior. It looked great, and saved me the cost of a wash.
They were a joy to do business with. I really hope to not need a body shop again, but if I do, I’ll definitely come back.

I was rear-​ended in June, and when the insurance company finally got around to accepting responsibility for it’s customer, they informed me that Martinez Auto Body was one of their preferred repair shops.
I contacted Kelly, who already had my information at her fingertips. She took some pictures, ordered some parts, and called me back as soon as they arrived. Dropped my car on a Monday, and she had already made arrangements for Enterprise to pick me up for my car rental.
Then, when I was unsure when my schedule would allow me to retrieve my car and return the rental, she offered to come in early to accommodate me, and arranged to have my rental returned for me.
Her above-​and-​beyond attention to customer service made what could have been an unpleasant process entirely painless.
Oh, and the car looks great, too! The bumper looks like new, and it hasn’t been this clean in years…
