Always friendly service. They offer add ons as they are going… but all you have to do is sat no. They are fast, efficient and professional and you never have to leave your car.

I had a great experience with Manny here at Oil Express Drive Thru. He immediately offered me water or coffee and really tries to make the customer feel welcomed. He kept me informed with the different types of maintenance I need to do on my vehicle, but he was in NO way hard selling the products. I enjoyed my experience coming here and I will be a repeat customer. Thank you to Manny at the team!!!

I’m not sure how I feel about $ 130 for an oil change and wiper blades. Well– I know how I feel– overcharged. But honestly I came here because I wanted a quick change and didn’t want to get out of my car. So I guess I paid for convenience. I received a $ 7 off text coupon, but apparently I was looking at the wrong oil express and my service guy couldn’t give me the discount. He ended up giving me $ 5 off as a competitor coupon. I appreciated that.

I went there for a basic oil change. The guy who took off my oil filter yelled out to another employee, but I only heard part of what he said: «…what should I do» with a response of «use a [blah, blah blah].» When I went to drive my car the next day there was a big spot of fresh oil where I had parked. An inspection revealed that the oil was coming from at or near the filter. Thinking that it was a gasket, my husband went to an auto parts place and got a new filter, which looked different from the one installed by Oil Express. He replaced it, but the oil still leaked. We took it to the dealer who said someone had apparently put on a filter for a different model car, which stripped out the threads, allowing the oil to leak. It cost over $ 1,000 to get it repaired because they had to drop the front axle assembly to do it. Thinking I would take them to small claims court, I read the receipt from Oil Express and it said if they screw-​up, they are only liable up to the amount of the oil change. Bottom line: Don’t go to this place.

I came in to get an oil change on my truck and the service was excellent. It’s always really fast and I’m in and out. I know my way around cars so I appreciated that they only recommended services I need and they knew the required maintenance schedule for my truck. I did have a problem after my visit (My fault) My credit card statement had 2 charges on it. I called and spoke to the general manager John who then referred me to Gail the owner. It turns out that one of my family members used my card for an oil change and forgot to tell me (She has her own card with her name on it). Gail was really polite about it and followed up with me, I just wanted to say it was my mistake so thanks for being patient and understanding with me. You will always have my future business.

What a crock! Came in to get my oil changed. Easy peasy. Not. After they try to up sell me on everything under the planet they break the valve off my back tire and I get a song and dance as to how it’s going to be fixed and how long. They said 30 minutes. I am an hour in and the not lovely young lady in the bay decides to take issue with my impatience. I left the bay and the gent said he was going to les Schwab. I come back and they have left les Schwab and had to go to Subaru. And this is my problem how? Your guy broke my tire. I will never come back here in a million years. What a nasty bunch in particular «Tamay» as if she worked for me I would fire her. Who confronts a customer and cops an attitude? Tamay does.

Very happy with the service I received today. Got my GMC Yukon changed, coming back with my Dodge Charger.

$ 78.00 for synthetic oil and filter, a little pricey and that’s not for Mobil 1, and no coupons are excepted, you can find them on the internet but it’s for stores back east.

Had a wonderful experience today! Was in and out in 15 minutes and never had to get out of my car. It was pretty slow when I got there but as soon as I pulled up 4 people jumped up and into action to help! One guy got my oil change started, another checked me in on the computer, another washed my windows and the 4^th guy got me an ice cold bottle of water! They did offer me a few add ins and let me know that there was some recommended maintenance, however they were very polite when I declined. I appreciate the options given and the professionalism when such options were declined. I will most definitely be back!

Hi way fucking robbery. Came for an oil change and left 300 dollars poorer. They were as friendly as strippers. Oh and I was dumb enough to let them change my transmission fluid, but I guess that’s on me.

Whenever I need an oil change and friendly conversation, I come to Oil Express in Martinez. Such great service, especially from Avery! Avery has been working here for at least 10 years and always gives great service! He always gives helpful advice to the younger workers working there. Avery is good with remembering loyal customers as well. Good service :)

The people who work here are very personable, friendly and hospitable. They should teach a class on customer service. They know and live by it. Outside of the up selling, i had a great experience.

Came here for the first time with my Prius, over due for an oil change by a lot. Service was extremely professional and they didn’t try to upsell me too hard.

I have used this establishment for years. I would not take my new van anywhere else. Customer Service is A+. All the service people are courteous and genuinely seem to like working there.
They had their hands full with my old van, which had a number of problems. They offered solutions when and where they could. If you are in the area and need and oil change, give this place a try!

Pretty professional group. Good communication and customer service. Was offered cold water bottles which was appreciated on a hot day. People seemed to enjoy working there. Was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

This place is great. I came in the middle of the day on a weekday, so this might not be the norm, but I was in and out in less than twenty minutes (including the wait for the person in front of me). There was a really nice woman who greeted me, and saw my Warriors hats so we talked sports for a bit while I waited. She also had the presence of mind to move me to the car port that would be finished first to maintain the line. The guy who was there when I was actually getting my oil change was also great. It’s the type of place where they try to sell you a bunch of stuff, but it wasn’t aggressive or uncomfortable. He seemed really nice, and was extremely professional. It cost around $ 40, which is a bit more expensive than most oil changes I’ve been to, but well worth it for the excellent service. I definitely plan to see them again in three to five thousand miles.

I’ve come here three times and love how quick, low pressure and friendly it is. They even offer you water while you wait! The only thing I’d say is they are a bit expensive especially if you know how to change your own oil but for how quick and easy it is, can’t really complain.

4 stars due to price. Otherwise, it’s a 5 star place based on friendliness & efficiency.

Well.
I had a bad experience here that I won’t go into.
What is important is that the general manager is driving to Santa Rosa where I am located to personally fix the problem himself.
That’s like a four hour round trip. If that doesn’t exemplify good customer service i don’t know what does.
You know a place is good when I change my review from one to five stars based on how a business handles a mistake they made.
Speaks a lot for their integrity and business practice.
I highly recommend.

So I had this great idea the other day. I needed an oil change and I needed to go to Walmart. (Walmart is in the same shopping center as this place)
How about take my car to get an oil change then leave it there and go shopping. Once I’m done shopping my car will be done and ready to go. Easy Peasy!
No, I pulled in and all of the stalls were full (3 in total). Plus one car waiting at the farthest end. I pulled into the center lane and waited, and waited and waited. A couple guys looked up but no one made a move.
Then a guy pulls in behind me and waits a few. Then parks and gets out and goes inside. 3 guys come out he points at his car and says some stuff. Finally a worker guy walks over to my car.
He tells me to go park so that the other guy can pull in. Um, I was here WAITING before him. I said, «Well can I just leave it here and go to Walmart and come back?»
«No, we are not insured. So you cant leave it.» What the F does that mean? So the car that was being worked on in the stall in front of me leaves and I said, «No I’m not waiting,» and asked to drive through the stall to leave.
I left immediately. I will never, ever, never, ever come back either. I also don’t have a good feeling about the whole «Not Insured» part either.
