Awful office staff! I called, was hung up on. When calling back was given excuses and attitude. I was looking for a new family dentist, and because of the unprofessionalism of the staff I definitely won’t be going there!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Francis for approx. 30 years. Have never once had a bad experience with he or his staff. Very friendly and professional. I just got my dental benefits through my job today, and the first thing I did was make my appointment with Dr. Francis!

I LOVE this office! Everyone remembers my name and knows whats going on in my life. Kathy and Heather at the front desk are amazing and always help schedule me in around my busy calendar. The dentists and hygienists are top notch.
I have had chipped teeth perfectly matched to my color. Lots of free toothpaste and floss. They made my mouth guard for teeth grinding and always clean it for every visit. I always have a million questions and they answer them all and take my concerns very seriously.
They are building a new office across from Luckys by the old Blockbuster. Should be open summer 2015! Very excited for them!!!

I am not a big fan of Dentistry… but it is something that you need for health and cosmetic reason too.
Dr. Frances comes highly recommended by my brother, sister in law, their two kids, and my sister. They have all been using Dr. Frances for about 15 years.
He has a great bedside manner with Kids and my daughter looks forward to seeing him and his wonderful staff.

Dr Francis is FABULOUS! He and his staff are professional, friendly and always take the time to address our dental needs. He makes children feel welcome and calm! Unfortunately we have moved out of the area but I would highly recommend his service to anyone!
