So happy Suri found them! Great food and I did not have to leave my hotel room. Very nice on the phone when I ordered, the food came right on time, and they were super nice when they delivered it! I will definitely use them everytime I come to town. Great food, great service, real sweet tea, dessert, very tender tips… all for $ 27 with tip!!! Awesome! Highly recommend.

We had Off the Grill Delivered on last week. It was the Best. My wife loved the Steak in her Pita. The Food was very Delicious. The Delivery was Quick. It was my second time having their delivery and my wife and daughters first time. My Daughter loved her chicken fingers with BBQ sauce. Go Check them out!

Great, great home-​cooked food. Wish the portions were bigger for seconds or leftovers. I left nothing. The service was wonderful. Thinking they should even add more to the menu.

The best place you’ll ever eat at! I’ve tried about everything here and the food is by far the most delicious! Thank you Off the Grill for quality food, but when a cashier puts my money on the counter vs in my hand as I have my hand out that is quiet disrespectful and rude! Your cashiers are rude!

Pretty much your run of the mill, frozen burgers average topping, nothing special at all. Got it with a side of bacon cheese fries, they were also okay at best, not really a great deal. For $ 7+ you can’t find a fresh burger somewhere else. Also there is no dining area inside, just a couple of bar stools to wait at for food, and no restroom. So don’t plan on sitting down there. Burgers come with everything on the side you have to put it together yourself.

I cannot believe the customer service that was given to us from an employee and shift manager of this store. We order from this establishment 1 – 2 times a week at our job and today like no other we placed an order. When we received the order there were two items missing from the original order placed. We called to let the store know we were missing two items and they proceeded to tell us that it was in the bag. We thoroughly looked through both bags that were given to us and it was not in there. We then called again and confirmed it wasn’t delivered. After about 2 minutes of trying to explain IT WAS NOT IN THE BAG an employee began to use profanity in the background and basically accuse me of lying. Like I said we order from this company all the time, why would we lie about a $ 1.25 item that wasn’t delivered. It was just the principle of letting them know there was problem. I proceeded to tell them we would no longer be ordering from there store and hung up. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They never even called back and apologized for THEIR employee excusing me of lying or using profanity in the background.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN.

This is not the best place to eat. Too pricey and they give you 3 fries to eat ha! Never going back. The salad is package and the chicken was grizzly. Threw it away. My husband said the Hamburger was not good.

Carry out only… but we didn’t mind! Small order of sirloin tips perfect size for me & cooked perfectly. others in our party had the cheeseburgers-​they loved them. The place is nothing fancy, but the food is fantastic!!!

I love their burgers + they deliver! A BURGER place that delivers! I’ve been eating here since they were located in the tiny shack across the street from QT. GREAT food! I’m lowering my rating today because it took an hour and 45 minutes to get my food, their normal time is 45 – 60 minutes (they said they were busy so it may take an hour and fifteen, which is fine) but this was ridiculous. If they would have been more accurate with time they’d still have 5 stars from me because we would have understood and went elsewhere. I just can’t believe it was almost 2 hours! They did send free desserts because they knew they were busy.

I ordered from them because of the good Unilocal reviews and was not disappointed. I had it delivered to my hotel room. It was hot and we’ll prepared. I got the sirloin tips which were cooked medium as requested and surprisingly tender. I also got the grilled veggies a nd roasted potatoes which were good. I was very satisfied. They charged $ 2.50 for delivery and I also tipped the driver. It was cold out and I was tired. Well worth it to me at the time.

I sure wish Off The Grill had a location here in Houston, TX! My spouse and I lived in Creve Coeur, MO for 3 years and we would order OTG at least once a week. The sirloin tips were our favorite. They are very good. I highly recommend this place for lunch. Great delivery service with fresh, hot food.

I love this place! The food is good every single time. The order-​takers have excellent customer service.
I always order delivery and haven’t had a chance to see what the restaurant looks like aside from passing by it. One thing that made me go «arrrrgh» is that my order was $ 12 and I handed the delivery guy a $ 20 and he asked «how much change do you need?» I said I would like the change that’s owed to me and proceed to calculate for him. He said to me, «you gave me a $ 20». I’m shocked so I ask for the change I’m owed again and afterwards I tipped him half of what I was going to tip. I just didn’t think that was a fair question.
Let me decide on how I want to to disperse my change, don’t just assume you’re gonna get a $ 8 tip for doing your job. I am not against a good tip but I’ve been taught that you do not solicit them.

The food at OTG is very good. Now that being said, i highly recommend getting your food as carry out rather than getting delivery. I’ve purchased food here twice, once i ordered the OTG burger as carry out and tonight as delivery. My experience getting the take out was excellent. I had a slight wait but not too bad and the service was friendly. Tonight i had to call twice to place my order because the first time the line sounded like dial-​up. I called right back and got an answer luckily. I was told tonight when i placed the order that my delivery would come between 45 minutes to an hour. I ordered at 6:39pm. When do you think i received my food? At 7:39pm. I can’t fault them because it was right at the hour that i was told, but still, really?! My food was great, however my fries were kind of cold when they arrived. I also ordered my burger medium well and it was a little on the well side, but it was still very good. Also, the frosting was slightly off yhe piece of cake that I ordered. But still, all of the food was good and i ate all of it. I appreciate that this restaurant delivers, but just expect your food to come an hour later and potentially cold when it arrives.

1 hour to wait for delivery is a bit much as a standard, but that was just the time quoted– actual time to deliver was 1 hr 45 minutes. I called to see if there had been a problem with the order (a sandwich/​fries and steak tips/​veggies) and was told it’d be another 5 – 10 minutes, and sorry but it’s been busy. 25 minutes later it was delivered with NO acknowledgement, thanks, or apology from the delivery man. No sense of accountability to a promised delivery time. When you are targeting the business class as your customer base, you have to know that we plan our lunch breaks around these quotes, which left me with 10 minutes to cram what I could in before a meeting. The food itself was above average for delivery or even most dine in places around here, but by the time the steak tips arrived they’d been wrapped in foil long enough that they were definitely medium well, not medium as ordered. Glad to have ordered mushrooms with them, made a great combination. Veggies were absolutely unimpressive/​flavorless. Complimentary roll was good, but should be served with butter. I’ve heard that the owner has the place up for sale and I can’t help but think that service is not much of a priority in the mean time? I’ve heard so many good things before. Sad to say we won’t be ordering again any time soon.

Burger and sides were served piping hot. Burger was wrapped in foil, so it was still warm a half hour after I picked it up. I really liked how the veggie toppings were served in a separately to keep them crisp. Both burger and the grilled onions (which I recommend as a must!) have a nice umami flavor (worcestershire sauce?) that made it really unique. Steak fries were seasoned nicely but not overly salty like some can be. Fries with burger were a little stingy, so big appetites should order an extra side order. Haven’t tried the entrée salad yet, but greens look crisp and toppings are generous.
Lost a star for: excessive use of styrofoam, stingy with fries on side of burger, and no fountain drinks available.
I’ll be back, especially to try all the salads!

my entire office ordered from this office… most paid cash… one paid by crdit card… when the driver got here he charged entire order in cash… when we realized the mistake we called back and spoke to the rude old man that says he owned the place… advised him what the situation was… said that i was a liar and the driver said we insisted on him taking the extra money for a tip and he would believe his driver over us because he has known him all his life… i would never give an $ 11 tip on top of delivery charge for a 30.00 bill… what happened to the customer being right or at least being given the benefit of the doubt??? the entire office building i work in has agreed we will never never ever order from there again… i wouldnt be so upset but this is not the first issue we have had with this hole in the wall company who is more interested in getting tips then keeping loyal customers happy… the food is over cooked and dried out anyway… so i guess we are not missing much… i am just flabergasted by the way this old fart called me a liar… if you do order from this company i would not pay in cash that way there is a paper trail and they dont make their money by screwing customers…

It’s been a while since I visited this place. I remember that the sandwich I had was good but the restaurant was very small and uncomfortable. That’s probably why I haven’t really been back. Good food though.

From Cali so I get In n Out probably 4x a week but Off the Grill’s 8oz burger is almost if not just as good! The key ingredient is «grilled onions» which needs to be requested but is literally a game-​changer. Also ask for thousand island dressing and you’ll be well on your way. It greatly exceeded my expectations. Very tasty.

OK– I bought a Living Social deal. 2 burgers with cheese, chips or fries, soft drinks and chocolate chip cookies. $ 13. Whoa– good deal right? Hold on…
First, this place should really inform customers that it is a carry out and delivery place. There are only 4 wobbly stools to sit at a counter bar facing the window with no desirable view. Being that is was quite a drive we did not want to drive all the way home to eat it, so we opted to dine at the less than desirable location.
We waited 35 minutes for the 2 burgers. I ordered mine well done. We were given a 15 – 20 minute time wait. My husband ordered his med. It came out rare. He returned it. It took another 30 minutes to get a new one. This time it was well done. It was returned with no cheese. By the time he got the burger of course he had no fries. I was finished eating. It would be nice if they toasted the bun, instead of putting it on a big dry white cold bun.
They carry Pepsi products.
We did not receive our Chocolate Chip cookies. After an unwelcoming greeting when ordering «Oh, a Living Social» and a hesitant recook of the burger, we did not bother to inform them of the forgotten cheese and cookies. I would have been livid had I paid the full price of $ 21 for the burgers and fries. The soda and cookies would have been extra.
I really do not understand the mentality of some restaurants when they sign up for these deals. They are taking a hit on their profit so why not embrace the coupon bearer in hopes of gaining a new customer. In this case we felt unwanted.

Better than actual Fast Food, but still fast & convenient.
Was my ribeye steak sandwich (choice of cheese) the best I ever had? No. I spent $ 8.99 & paid $.99 for the upgrade to baked potato so I am A-​OK with the quality. Heinz steak sauce, sour cream & 2 whipped butters were also given. The drawback was only a small leaf of lettuce & a not so fresh slice of tomato. The slice of tomato didn’t cover ½ the sandwich.
I forgot my general rule to get cheap steaks cut-​up & added to something else like salad.
The employees were friendly & fast. PLUS– they gave me a free tea!
Next time I am getting a $ 7.99 choice of meat w/​2 sides lunch special or the salad.

This place is really good!
The food is always amazing and I have never had bad or even just ok service, it had always been great.
Although the food is really good you really do not get much for the prices. The sides are nearly toddler portions. I do not eat a lot so it is not an issue for me but it would not be enough food for the average person.

My husband and I ate here for dinner the other day after a long day of packing. He had the chicken sandwich and I had the turkey burger. Hubby enjoyed the chicken sandwich and my turkey burger wasn’t bad except for the fact that it’s a pressed turkey patty, it’s not real at all. Don’t order if you’re in the mood for an authentic turkey burger. One upside is that one of the employees gave us both a free large sweet iced tea, that was a yummy surprise! The service is good and we will be back but I’ll be ordering something different. Oh yeah get some of their rolls, they’re delish!

I eat here on a regular basis. I have had their chicken breast, steak tips, burger, baked potato, veggies, fries, and desserts. Service is really good — staff is friendly and sometimes will give you extra of something if you leave something off that normally comes with your order. For example when I get a baked potato with sour cream only they give me extra sour cream since I order with no butter. You also get a free sweet tea with any carry out order. I have only had my order incorrect once in 10+ years, and they were quick to correct it and give me a credit. Their baked potatoes are huge — many times that fills me up for lunch. The only downsides are there is only a couple of uncomfortable seats if you would like to eat in, their fries portions are small and their desserts are very small for the price. I was surprised about their desserts and fries since otherwise the portions are very large! The chicken, tips, burger, veggies and fries are very flavorful and seasoned really well. There is no need to add steak sauce or even salt and pepper. All in all, you will spend a little more than average for your take-​out meal with sides, but it is well worth it since the quality is definitely better than your average take-​out.

I can honestly say that I was attracted to this place literally because of the name. All I can remember was being in the mood for a delicious grilled burger and I was feeling too lazy to cook! Lol.
Glad I called because they truly did deliver what I was craving. This restaurant has quite a variety of options. I have tried them multiple times since my initial visit and I have to say that one of my favorite menu items is the Chicken Ranch BLT Pita!
There’s nothing not to love about this place. The staff is friendly and the food is really good and they deliver far! I work about 20 minutes away and they have delivered to our office plenty of times.
The only reason that I’m giving them four stars out of five is because when you order steak fries with your order you don’t get very many. It’s all good though because the fries are seasoned really good and normally when I do finish eating the entire meal I’m super full anyway! But still, a few extra fries wouldn’t hurt.

Really the only downside to this place is that there’s no seating. Everything is take out, but the menu is great. Which I guess it has to be.
Chicken sandwich was tender and juicy. Food was ready quickly and ordering process was not complicated.
I’m trying to get our office to order lunches from here, because it seems like they do a pretty good amount of catering business.
I’ll be back as an office lunch time stop.
