Warning! They will PUSH the deodorizer which is a nasty smelling spray in a hand held squirt bottle. He pulled me into a room and whispered so that my husband wouldn’t object, that he would do some free rooms deodorizing if I pay for a few rooms. It added $ 100 to the bill and even though I kept saying no, he acted like his children will starve and freeze if I don’t do it. I did NOT agree to the extra $ 100 but he did not quote it until it was done and I did not notice it at first on the bill. When I realized I was duped, I complained to the manager, and she acted like it was my fault, buyer beware, that I didn’t get the quote prior. They did give me a $ 50 refund but it took weeks, didn’t cover the whole sneak-​in charge fully, and was like pulling teeth. The carpet cleaning was just ok.

My dog is 3 now. But the puppy years are hard on a carpet. Some of the rooms simply stunk. Its easy to rack up charges when steam cleaning carpets. Just cleaning the carpets is one cost, then you’ll be sold on the deodorizer and then the scotch guard. I got 4 bedrooms cleaned plus two hallways and stairs for $ 423. The cost hurt… especially considering that it only took them about an hour to do everything. But my house smells so much better and the carpets look tremendous.

WARNING! I hired them to do 2 rooms and stairs. After arrival, I agreed to an additional cleaning with carpet deodorizer and stain protector. I signed the final bill without really paying attention (my fault for assuming they were not trying to steal from me). When my husband arrived home, he realized they had charged the additional cleaning for SIX rooms — an extra $ 135 dollars. When I brought this to their attention, they stated «I am just glad we caught it.» When I pointed out that «we» did not catch it, my husband did, they simply said, «we are a team». Well, this is one team I would avoid… at the very least TRIPLE check the final bill.

I just bought a house built in the 60’s and I think the carpets are that old also. The two cleaners sent were very good and worked very well together and did the best they could with what they had to work with. Most stains came out, but no one can do anything about the walked down carpet. But, I got what I wanted, and that is carpets that look alot better than before. I would definately call them again.

Awful, Awful, Awful. Doesn’t even deserve one star. I have a 1000 sq ft rental home. I needed the carpets cleaned before my tenants were to move in. Once the two guys showed up they got to work, and after a short while started trying to upsell me product, deodorizers, etc, etc… I kept saying «no, no, no, no thanks» very politely. He kept telling me how my carpet smelled and that there must have been a dog in the home. Mind you, I don’t have a pet, never have, never will. It was his way of telling me that I needed his deodorizer. I finally caved and said ok, just to shut him up. He told me that he worked off commission. Pretty tasteless. Like I give two shits, no offense. I’m already paying $ 250+ for a half ass job. I asked if the one guy could focus more on the higher traffic areas of my home where there were stains, etc. Long story short, they were at my house for 25 minutes. The carpet was left sopping wet, and looked no better than what it did before they got there. And to make matters worse, when I had to call in another company to come in an redo the home (SAMS CARPET — AMAZING!!!) they only charged me $ 100, and made my carpets like new. Oh yeah, the best part about the whole day was when I asked the guy to focus on a stain, he said «sir, we are not miracle workers»… Ha, gees. Unbelievable. I even called back and spoke with the office manager to have them cover the cost of Sam’s Carpet and she would not. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Joke!

Our apartment complex requires professional carpet cleaning before moving out. We hired Stanley Steemer to come and clean our carpets. We had an appointment time between 11 and 3 on a Saturday. I wasn’t thrilled about having to hang out at an empty apartment all day. However, they called me and asked if they could come a little early. That made me happy! When they arrived they were very professional, did the job quickly and effectively. They told me about a discount that they were offering, so my cost was lower than I expected. I would highly recommend them.

TWO stars for the TWO guys cleaning the carpet. They were really nice. Thought about giving them a tip, but not one stain was removed. He said the stains were too old and in the fiber; isn’t that what they are cleaning?! The commercial says it will clean your worse spot… NOT! Thank goodness for Groupon. I didn’t pay full price. Otherwise, I would be mad as Hell.
