We were pleasantly surprised with our good, attentive waiter and the quality of food. I’m often only looking for restaurant with 4+ stars and Boston was a solid 3. It’s a very busy shopping mall area so I figured it would be super busy. We were there for an early dinner and it was not too busy. There was a birthday party and they do sing a loud song if you’re looking for someplace like that. We had the Tri-dip and Ragin’ Cajun wings. The cheese dip was especially yummy and chips were light and crispy. I had half of my bacon burger. It was tasty and had cheddar and mozzarella on it. My fiancé had the Italian trio and said it was great! He’s a tough critic too. Our waiter offered to box up our appetizer leftovers and kept them for us until we were finished so we had room on the table. I thought that was a nice touch. I see now they had a check-in offer. I missed it. We were so full but would’ve taken the dessert to-go. Enjoy!

I love this place so far, we’ll see if it continues this good, but I’m optimistic. I’ve been twice so far and the staff has been wonderfully accommodating in serving their wonderful food! Loved their three personal pizza deal, and they let me change up the toppings on them even though it wasn’t an option on the menu.

My family and I were really excited to eat here and drove over an hour away. We waited an hour which was expected and that wasn’t even our issue. The waiter was very rude and short with us, after we ordered it took an hour to get the food, my husbands wings were burnt, there was food left over on my «clean» silverware. We asked to speak with the manager… I don’t even understand how she maintains that position because when we brought our concerns up to her she immediately made up an excuse for her employee, looked at my husbands wings like they were fine, said that everyone is staying past their shifts because it’s a crazy day(I’m sorry but you don’t close until midnight so that shouldn’t effect your customers) then when I tried to say something she said«let me finish». NEVER at any point do you say that to customers. When I asked for the owners number she then handed me a card, changed her attitude and said we weren’t paying for anything tonight. Sorry but the damage has been done and I will be taking this to the owner. It’s not the money it’s the principal… Ed was our waiter and Rachael was the manager.

Totally«meh». What exactly does this place specialize in? Pizzas, pastas, calzones, burgers, wings, fish, apps, drinks… and so I chose a calzone. Talk about boring. Dry and boring. The other guests I was with chose the Boston Cobb salad and both of them substituted the standard chicken for beef. Both of them enjoyed their salads… but then again, they were enjoying alcohol wherein I was not. I will give Boston’s one thing: the evening we went was the night of the local homecoming dance and the place was absolutely jammed. Our food showed up in a timely fashion, but you could tell our waitress in the bar was busy… a lack of any friendliness but worth a 15% tip for sheer accuracy and her ability to refill our drinks promptly. Overall? This is a catch-all, American-style dining experience. I’d rather go to a specific burger or pizza place where they can actually dedicate some flavor to their specialized menu items. Definitely a miss in my book.

Definitely improved from my last visit! Had the Mac n’ Cheese this time with chicken, sausage and meatballs; it was great! Very cheesy, rich and with a bit of kick, I’d recommend it as the perfect comfort food. Not as noisy, music was lower and people spaced a bit more evenly. Our waitress was very attentive, quick to refill drinks and follow up. I’d be happy to recommend this restaraunt, and will absolute visit again.

Sooo, overall it was a decent dinner. My wife and I went here tonight. The unbelievably huge ma ago player was absolutely ginormous, we filled up a little tiloo much on those and maybe ate half. She got a capstone that looked pretty fresh. Salads were good. I ordered sliders, which were nowhere as good as Hooters or Chili’s sliders, but not bad. Service was fairly good. Staff made an effort to be pleasant, helpful and friendly. I’d go again.

I recently started working in the area, and was thrilled that Boston’s had delivery. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and I was going to have it delivered but it was going to take an hour so I decided to go pick it up since I am only ten minutes away at best with lunch time traffic. I pick up my food, and get in my car and didn’t want to eat at my desk so I ate in my car. Having never had this particular sandwich before(they package the meat separately so you assemble the sandwich your self) I was surprised to see a grilled chicken breast and ZERO buffalo sauce even though I had asked for extra and a side. I take a bite and realize okay I am not crazy this is not my sandwich this just has lettuce and tomatoes, and some weird sweet mayo stuff I decided I would just eat the fries which were hard and cold and I dont mean kind of warm I just mean cold… so I get on my phone and look at the menu. I received a grilled chicken sandwich. Not awful but not what I ordered. I called to speak to someone and was placed on hold for a very long time I spoke with someone named Rachel she was very nice and professional offered to have the correct food delivered to my office but my lunch hour was over so I told her another day or after work she said no problem at all just ask for me. A few days passed and I called and placed my order with Rachel I said«Can I also have extra napkins as I am in work clothes and dont want to get messy.» The delivery comes the girl was very nice since my food was being replace I tipped her nicely and she says«Oh here are your extra napkins we dont want you to spill on your self again so we didnt put the sauce on the sandwich» I never indicated that I spilled on myself but that did let me know that they had discussed me and my order. I attempt to bite into my sandwhich and the chicken was SO over cooked it was like rubber and I wish it wasnt because I was starving!!! All in all I will not order from there again… I went into the restaurant with my dear MIL and we had lunch it took 45 minutes for our food to come out it was just awful food and service… I have been a server my self for several years and I know how it can be so I gave them several chances… Not ever again.

Where do I begin! I called for take out and they immediately placed me on hold. 10 min later a woman answers and says«yeah.have you been helped?» …no lady, I’m waiting on hold because I WAS helped… anyway I placed an order first item being, GRILLEDCHICKENMEDITERRANEANSALAD… when I brought the order home there was no chicken. Honestly 10 bucks for a bunch of lettuce a few olives and not much of whatever else is just a rip off. Anyway, I eat it and shrug it off…4 hours later of consuming NOTHINGELSE and I am here vomiting my guts out. I don’t know if the cheese was bad, or it was those tumbleweed looking bits of lettuce(those taste bitter and like dirt). I will never eat there again. And I’m totally pissed now because the following day I have reservations at Anthonys Home Port, but now I’m terrified to eat anything that hasn’t been prepared by me personally! Thanks a lot Bostons.

I have eaten here four Times,…each time progressively worse the first to was good the last time Horrible! Scent out burnt food… like as if I am so stupid I would just eat it… did not even need to try it was so obvious I sent it back. bar tender also spotted how burnt after seeing my disappointed. really look?.. should have kept it until new batch arrived but did not they returned with doctored original… ugh…could not believe it. after being assured they would not do that I refused paid tab minus burnt food and left It is obvious this place is under low quality management as the servers would never had tried to serve obviously burnt food under proper training and management fyi…the server on my third visit was somewhat rude and it was apparent that he did not like his job however this review was written after four progressively worse experiences will not go back or recommend… too bad I wanted to like this place as it was convenient for me and my work place

Food isn’t much different from the Mill Creek location obviously, but what a difference when it came to the service. Our waitress went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care. She was patience, courteous, friendly, but also knew to give us space. Made the visit well worth every penny!

Horrible experience went in a couple weeks ago on a nice sunny day for the patio well the server spilled my entire beer all over my and didn’t apologize instead rudely stated«it was an accident geeze» I then approached the manager who really didn’t care at all other then to give me the owners card. I emailed the owner and she ended up sending me a gift card to try them again. Well we went in this evening and obviously the bartender recognized us and we were given the worst service ever. When our pizza arrived they just set it on the table with plates stacked next to it not even offering to serve up or hand us our plates. The only time the waiter checked on us was to ask if we were ready to go yet instead of asking if we needed anything else to drink. Horrible experience from the get go we love bostons but the staff at this one is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen!!! It’s almost as if they felt we should be serving them. I would suggest another restraint if you want good service they don’t have a clue what hospitality is WHATSOEVER!!! I was the one who got the beer bath not her I mean really people

I’m not impressed, my lo calorie cocktail was way way too sweet, individual pizza for almost 10 bucks with 2 less than generous toppings and I asked for a side of ranch. Got the check and they charged a dollar for it !! Wow it was so watered down I would not have paid 5 cents for it if I knew before hand . 25 bucks a total waste, worth 15 at best.

I called a week in advance to set up a reservation for my staffs dinner. When I arrived, I was greeted by 2 servers Olivia and Shay that were awaiting us. Everything was all set up and they were ready to help us out. Everything went perfectly. The service was perfect and the food was amazing. The servers were making suggestions on items to order and I heard no complaints. The ribs, twisted Mac n cheese, pizza’s and fries covered in cheese bacon and jalapeños were a hit. Olivia and Shay did a tremendous job and their personalities were spot on with the environment they were in. They’re keepers.(Hope you enjoyed your plaque we made) Everyone had a great time and I will be bringing my team back in the future.

Got the happy hour margarita and it was not good! In fact, I didn’t drink it. Maybe just rotgut tequila used to make it? Got the spinach salad off the happy hour menu. It was huge and very tasty! Also got the 3 sliders, one of each, from the hh menu. They were only okay. The pulled pork slider was dry, no sauce on it at all. I also had the mini bread pudding dessert. It was scrumptious! All in all a very so-so meal. The nicest thing of all was eating outside in the sun on their patio.

This visit by far has been the worst. From the get go we sat and waited 10 minutes just to get menus, after finally getting menus we waited 10 more minutes while the waitress walked back and forth to finally come and take our order. We waited 50 minutes for fried wings and a salmon Ceasar salad and the bacon steak skewers. When we got our food we had to ask for to go boxes since our food took so long and my salad was a shrimp Ceasar salad not salmon. the waitress thought I said shrimp but I told her that the only options were chicken, salmon, or steak, not shrimp. She said they’d remake it but at 11pm and it already taking almost an hour the first time, uhm, no. She explained to us that the new cook was the only one left for the night and that all the other cooks left and left him there by himself. So a brand new cook is left on his own and can’t handle a couple tables and orders of food? My boyfriend’s wings were fried to almost nothing from being so overcooked. When my boyfriend asked about the bill the waitress said she already took off $ 5 of the bill because that was the price of adding shrimp to a Ceasar. Not happy one bit to be paying for a meal that isn’t what I wanted, overcooked, and took almost an hour to come out of the kitchen. I would have been happier taking a chance with taco bell than $ 30 for a shitty dinner. Thought my boyfriend and I were going out for a decent dinner before he had to work a double overnight shift but instead we paid for disappointment, thanks Bostons..

it was OK overall. The service was a bit slow and difficult to flag down. I was sitting in the bar section which was just as large as the dining area which was pretty impressive but the wait staff was a bit lacking compared to what I saw in the restaurant. The drinks were not bad and the hard cherry coke was a pretty cool drink well made. The food: We had ordered the shrimp pasta with diablo sauce and the chicken & broccoli alfredo. I didn’t understand if the mushy broccoli and penne pasta in both dishes were based on some kind of clientele requirement since I have never been here before but, it didn’t look like there was any retirement community or groups over 65 in the area or anything. Both dishes were disappointingly bland but they were very consistent on both selections at least. Not sure who wants mushy pasta but, I’m not one of them. The only reason why I gave it an extra star was because the environment was nice, clean, and had a great layout. The TV’s and sports bar architecture for the place seemed good and the drinks were good as well. So, as a bar, I gave it the star. The service and food were not something I would visit again.

Hannah is our favorite waitress of 2014. The Bacon wrapped steak skewers were a great addition to the menu this year. Mama Meata Pasta is still a fav, as well as the Twisted Mac n Cheese — can’t go wrong with either of those!

Holy moly. My boyfriend and I stopped here on out way to Everett from Arlington. The waitress who had worked there for over six years requested the pizza. We got half spinach and artichoke and half buffalo chicken. Oh my goodness. If you go, you won’t be disappointed.

Fab Food-Nice Family Friendly, Relaxing Atmosphere If you are looking for a fun, but relaxing family atmosphere, Boston’s is a great place. We were greeted and seated promptly. For those sports fans, there are t.v.s situated in various areas for your viewing pleasure. Our server was friendly and served us well. The ribs were«fall off the bone» tender and«melt in your mouth» delicious. Both my husband and son enjoyed their flatbread pizza and«The Flying Buffalo» pizza. My daughter also found the«Mama Meata Bowtie Pasta» deliciously spicy and her salad was crisp and flavorful. The scalloped potatoes and broccoli sides were prepared and seasoned well. We have chosen Boston’s 3 times now, and have enjoyed the atmosphere and the food very much. The appetizers are terrific. My only suggestion is the pasta dishes are not saucy enough. The lasagna is a little dry and the sauce could be a little zestier. We had the apple and chocolate brownie petite desserts. Both were scrumptious. Although a little pricey, all in all, Boston’s is a nice treat.
