I am a General Contractor and an engineer. I have been in business for 17 years. Lots of subcontractors come and go. Only about 30% honest and fair when it comes to pricing and work performance. I used Dallas the owner of Smokey Point Log Homes to boom large beams and material up in to a new custom home. The beams had to be precisely placed and we were on a time deadline. Dallas did it with expertise and quickly. When it came to pay the bill I had gone over my 2 hrs but Dallas only charge me for 2hrs I said «are you sure he said yes» This is a very honest and fair man to do business with. I had just fond Dallas and his company when a friend told me about him. So to ALL that need a log home or a boom truck to lift for you call Dallas at Smokey Point Log homes.
