First time here and the last. Unfriendly service, got one of the two drinks wrong, one tasted great while the other was U drinkable and expensive. She charged $ 5.50 for a 12oz triple vanilla americano. Nothing about my experience would encourage me to return to this establishment.

I have stopped here now on 4 separate occasions & each time the coffee was bitter from sitting TOOLONG! How do you have a roasting machine in your establishment but you can’t keep the coffee fresh? Here’s a little tip for you guys as you move out to Monroe: coffee should NOT sit longer than 30 min. MAX! It’s a real shame because I was given a bag of there Tanzania Peaberry coffee which was delicious brewed at home. Lastly, rather than making a fresh pot when I tasted what had been sitting for over 2 hours I’m sure and I told the Barista how bad it was, they just let me walk out without saying anything. I didn’t buy a cup of coffee, or the bag of coffee I went there for because of this. There is no way I would waste my time going back here even if they were right next door to me. I would rather drink McDonald’s coffee over theres. At least they change it out.

I used to come here all the time for my coffee and it was amazing. The last time I was in I ordered 2 flavored lattes and they tasted like garbage, one of them didn’t even have coffee in it, I had to go back and have them both remade. I took them home and my daughter and I couldn’t even drink them… not sure what is happening with their baristas but I won’t be going back. I don’t like playing Russian Roulette with my coffee when I am on my way to work. I have tried contacting someone to speak about this situation but it seems there is no one to contact. Sad, because their coffee is much better than Starbucks when you get the right person making it.

If I could give negative stars I totally would! 20 minutes in line AFTERORDERING to be greeted by a snotty, rude annoyed little girl… we left our coffee sitting in the window– never ever to return. Hire someone who cares about your customers(others NOTUS) service and quality. The young lady at the drive up needs to wipe the why the f am I here? Look off her face. Will not return EVER.

Service and drink can vary depending who makes it. Prices are extremely higher than normal. Two drinks can costs us 9 dollars plus the tip for an average drink we can get at Starbucks for 7. Good location and atmosphere though

They said hi when I walked in. It other than that it was like I didn’t exist. My drink wasn’t mixed all the way with a ton of sugary powder at the bottom. The shop was cute though

I come here regularly, even though I’m not local, because this place is my favorite. The vibe is really relaxed, the baristas are friendly and have always fixed my order if they accidentally made it hot instead of iced or something. The prices are very reasonable. Definitely cheaper than Starbucks and better tasting coffee! The white mocha is my favorite.

This place is seriously not worth wasting your time. There were 4 baristas and it took 10 minutes to get a single tall mocha. They don’t know anything about the«free» WiFi, which really is not free.

We love the roast here and found this business on our frequent drives to Leavenworth. Someone told us about the location in Marysville which we were excited about since it is closer to home. We always order the same drink… 2– 32oz iced Americanos with cream. At the location in Sultan we got appropriately strong drinks, 6 shots, which is why we order the 32 oz. drinks. However, after our same order in Marysville multiple times we kept noticing weak drinks, full of ice, and not a lot of bean blood. I asked the batista how many shots were meant to go in a 32 oz drink and she replied«4 shots.» I then asked how many shots go in a 24 oz, she replied«Also, 4 shots.» So it seems we’re paying extra for more ice and a bigger cup. The 32 oz tastes appropriate with 6 shots. We drink a lot of coffee and pull Vinaccio shots at home but sometimes just don’t want to make our own drinks. When we come in what matters to us is consistency, great shots, and great service. So far the Sultan girls win!

I’m not a coffee drinker, but I have friends that are hardcore coffee peeps. My BFF from BC came up to visit and I asked him, you need your coffee fix? We drove to the nearest place to my home, bought him regular drip coffee from vinaccio’s and he’s totally hooked. I get him a gift card every time he visits. Says the coffee is rich, flavourful and not too strong! Cousin from San Diego came down, took her to Vinaccio’s… She ended up buying coffee beans for her dad! Wow! Must be some good stuff!!! I take everybody there now! Just be aware, they do tend to service the drive thro faster than going into the place. Can be long wait inside! But 4 stars for the coffee bc my friends/family rave about it and ask me to take them there when they visit! 3 stars for service. Never had a post worthy issue but they could stand to be a lil’ more friendly!

I’m pretty sure they messed up twice making it because it took about 7 minutes sitting in the drive-thru. I’m no chai tea expert, but I’m pretty sure it isn’t supposed to be chunky.

Spent $ 3,25 on vanilla Americano iced with cream. Might as well been a latte when I mentioned it they did nothing so I asked them to dump some out and just add More ice. She did but left coffee with cream running down side of my cup. To some not a big deal, but I was in my first brand new car EVER. At 40 something I don’t think service should be rude and to get what you pay for should be a simple request.

This place absolutely sucks. Dirty establishment, over-priced coffee, and pathetic customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here. This is not a business that cares about its customers.

I tried this coffee shop a few times, as I pass by it to head to the freeway. I’ve had only their iced teas and caramel lattes. The good: They have a drive thru which is nice when I need a coffee but have a sleeping child in the backseat. The inside is nicely decorated and for the most part empty. There’s free wifi but I’ve never used it. Their coffee doesn’t taste as burnt compared to Starbucks roast. I do like that they have a 32oz size for when I really want to be glutinous. The bad: Service can be iffy. I’ve gone in and gone out, and other times it’s a long wait as I noticed they take priority to the drive thru. Their prices are higher than most other coffee chains which might not seem worth it if you just get basic lattes like I do. There’s not much seating inside either. However, there are outdoor seating if the weather permits. Overall pretty average coffee which is disappointing since they’re pricey. I would rather go the extra half mile or so and go to 4th St Coffee or even Starbucks.

Not sure why my review was pulled? Wtf. Anyways. Coffee is good, like the coffee itself. I prefer it to Starbucks. I used to love in sultan and went here often. It started out good then went trough a cycle of owners who were all equally annoying and fake people. They used to be really strict on their girls and so the customer service was great. I don’t know what has happened to this place now. They are more interested in talking to each other. I’ll walk in and be ignored. They aren’t chatty. They make the coffee way too sweet. I’ll just stick to buying bags of the roasts. Not worth the price for coffee.

The drip coffee is good. I wouldn’t go out of my way for this place, but because of the location I don’t have to. Try it. It’s not a big coffee chain, but it’s always busy… So that’s something.

First time I went there it was through the drive thru. They filled the ice drink so full it spilled over onto the top of the plastic lid when they put the straw in. I didn’t realize this until I took a sip and it ended up down the front of my shirt. They could have wiped up the excess coffee before serving it to me. The women behind the counter are not friendly. About 4 years have gone by so I thought I’d try again… 3 tries later and I’m out and not going back. If you can’t follow a customers simple request of «no foam» then why give them my money. And the company still hasn’t addressed poor customer service issue. I’m sticking with Locals coffee across the tracks!

So I’ve drove past a million times. I come to Marysville for 4 reasons. To see my grandma, to take my dogs to the vet, go to Jones & co and Bath & body works. Make that 5 reasons now! I will be stopping for coffee on every trip to Marysville from now on. I TOTALLY regret driving to north Marysville for Starbucks when in Marysville now. For the drink cost… was it a larger sticker price than anywhere else including Starbucks? Yes. Was it worth it? Does the fact I haven’t stopped thinking about it since Saturday say anything? How about the fact I’m considering driving from Redmond to go there right now? Or the fact I’m dreaming of one opening in the Bothell/Kirkland/Redmond/Bellevue area. I would delete my Starbucks app & give up my gold card in .0012 seconds. I’d be in the drive thru every day. For the drink taste. I usually get a Venti tripe iced espresso with sugar free hazelnut & light cream at the infamous green straw. It’s bitter usually but does the trick. $ 3.23 + tip give or take depending on the tax. So I noticed at Vinaccio they have solo & dupio espresso. So I got the closest thing to my usual… iced Americano with sugar free hazelnut & cream! I took a sip & was sure it wasn’t sugar free. So I tested my blood sugar and drank it & tested again. It WAS sugar free after all! No funky fake sugar after taste. I am curious what kind of sugar alternative it is. But It’s so good I don’t care haha! So I hand over that $ 5.23/$ 6 with tip happily next time!
