Needs a good cleaning. One would think they would have plenty of time to at least get the cobwebs off of the lighting. Of the past few times we’ve been, no one has greated us and I’ve not actually seen anyone that works there, I don’t think. Bulbs above the casket had the paint peeling off as well.
Now I was only visiting and have not dealt with their service. The only time that I have dealt with their service was when I was a pallbearer. They didn’t explain much about where we needed to stand and they basically just shoved the loved one out of the hearse towards. One learns pretty quick that you’ve got to grab them or let them fall.
