Dr. Schueler and Kelly (the PA) are great… we really have liked them a lot. However, the office staff has gotten to the point where I’m searching for another physician now. Call backs are either non-​existent or you have to call yourself only to deal with an annoyed nurse on the other end.
I called for cholesterol results nearly 2 weeks after my blood work was done. A simple test that should be back at the doctors office at most within a couple days. When I called, the girl immediately told me the results weren’t back yet. She didn’t even check and I’m not even sure she got my name. I insisted she check and sure enough, the results were there. Then she didn’t want to give me the numbers… it was like pulling teeth and she even gave me a heavy sigh when I wanted more than just the total cholesterol number.
I’m annoyed that I should have to fight to get simple answers. I asked for a call back to see if I should stay on the same dosage of cholesterol medicine, but never heard anything back. This scenario has happened more than several times over the past few years and I don’t recommend anyone settle for having to fight for their own information.
Schueler and Kelly do seem to care, but if their office staff doesn’t…then it’s a problem for me.
