Ok — service was good and everything was reasonably priced. The chicken in my Caesar salad was not very flavorful, but the broccoli slaw side with my wife’s sandwich was quite tasty. My impression is things are hit or miss here.

Excellent food and atmosphere. David, our bartender did an amazing job and made our dinner more enjoyable, will definitely recommend this place and come back!

Have eaten here (and other locations) many times while on the Cape. Our most recent visit for an early dinner was a disappointment. We arrived before the big crowds around 5:30 and were seated inside (it was a bit cool, so that was our preference) promptly. However, we were seated on the upper level next to the dining room. The seating there was crowed with seats on the ends of tables which made maneuvering in and out difficult. We were rerouted to get to the table as the hostess couldn’t make it through the narrow walkway. Once seated, we were greeted promptly and politely by a young server. My husband ordered the prime rib which arrived looking unimpressive and cold. In the 30+ years we have been together he has never sent a meal back, however this time he did. It was returned a few minutes later, apparently heated up, but remained a disappointment. I ordered swordfish which was just ok, but the vegetables were awful — overcooked, soggy and likely from a can. Yuck! Our daughter who has food allergies to tree nuts, had a Caesar salad which was also ok. This used to be a stand by for us. Not sure what has happened here, but won’t be rushing back. Much better options elsewhere.

Love the atmosphere, service, location, menu and good. We had the fish and chips special, burrito, and the chicken salad sandwiches. All were delicious. Love the local beer selection — had Wachusetts blueberry which they normally serve with fresh blueberries but they did not have any at this time. The beer was bottled but still delicious. Love the friendly bartender staff and waitresses. Always a welcoming feel to this place. Highly recommend.

Good family place & bar atmosphere. Tasty pub food. Friendly staff. Always a good meal & time. Convenient to shopping.

Parents have lived here 13 years we’ve stopped in here and there. Never cared for this place food is horrible service is worse. Ownership has zero people skills or professionalism. Unless your a townie you’re not getting any attention. The other night was icing on the cake. I’ve gone to watch games and always have had a loud mouth patron sitting on the corner bar. His crew would be disruptive and obnoxious never seen him shut off after tanking 10 drinks down. Friend of mine and I came in not loud not anything. The friend was shut off for no reason at all. We are respectful customer and we will never be back to this dump. My mom and all her friends always stayed cleared of this place I now see why.

We went here because the food reviews were great. It was actually kind of gross. It could be what we ordered, but it was gross. We started with some chips and salsa (cheap and fast), I was hi dry! which to me you can’t go wrong; but oh did they! It’s almost like they put the chips in the oven to warm them, they were practically burnt. And the salsa tasted like it came out of a can. I got the cod Ruben which sounded very interesting and my boyfriend got the meatloaf special with vegetables of the day. Turns out the vegetables were canned peas. Gross! His Mashed potatoes tasted like they had four sticks of butter in them and the meatloaf was ok. My Ruben on the other hand practically gave me a heart attack. Doused in butter and the coleslaw was sweet and gross. I ended up just eating the fish out of it and left the rest. I got the sweet potato fries instead of regular fries and they were OK. A little on the greasy side. Nothing special and we most likely won’t go back.
The service was great! Our waitress was very nice as was the hostess. Just not the food we expected. Will probably try a different place in that area next time

I’m sitting here right now and I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and man oh man this is some of the best artichoke dip I have ever had! Beautiful inside the restaurant as well

We last visited Bobby’s on 10÷7÷15, a place we frequently patronize when we are in the area. This restaurant is one of my favorites primarily because of the reasonable prices, good food, atmosphere and service.
This visit we found the place very busy for a Wednesday evening in October, but not unlike many other occasions that we have experienced here.
We started with a couple of beverages (a Cosmo for my wife and a draft beer for me). My wife liked her Cosmo, but thought it was pretty small considering the price paid (disappointment #1). We had a server, who will go unnamed, who never cracked a smile all evening, and seemed like she wanted to be anywhere, except at Bobby’s waiting on us (disappointment #2). The young man in training with our waitress seemed very nice. We both ordered soup for appetizers, and we enjoyed them very much, but it seemed like it took a very long time to get the soup (disappointment #3). For our main entrees I ordered the baked Scrod (always a safe bet), and my wife had a Beet and Kale Veggie Burger. She didn’t care for it at all, and thought it was flavorless. She was supposed to get a sauce with the Beet and Kale Burger, but said the consistency was more like cream cheese than a sauce (disappointment #4). Positives: my Kale soup was outstanding and my wife’s French Onion soup was very good.
This visit was a forgettable one for us, but we will be back again to this Mashpee Institution (they deserve to be cut some slack, but only earned 3 stars this time around).

Good food, very slow service outside. I also overheard two waitresses pretending to puke while talking about the stuffed quahogs, which had just been delivered to our table.

Consistently great food and great staff. It’s in Mashpee Commons so it’s usually part of a full shopping day for me. :) I’ve tried their salads and their baked haddock, loved them both. My friends have had the burritos and burgers and highly recommended those as well.

Anyone who is willing to listen to this John N is an idiot and probably should find a different place to eat. As far as everyone else. .I love the establishment I always have great service and love the food there. I grew up at this restaurant and probably have had everything on the menu multiple times. Now this might seem I’m biased however I feel it’s quite the opposite. Due to the fact I have and my family have been going here for probably close to 20 years I would definitely have something to say if the quality of food or service dropped off in anyway. Keep up the good work and don’t worry about the occasional idiot. You can’t fix stupid..

John N, you seem like a sad sad person. To complain about a soda for $ 2.75 w free refills, you got problems bro. I’d be grumpy to if I was a server waiting on you.
Bobby Byrne’s in Mashpee has been a staple of the area for years now and the service inside at the bar or outside at a table is always great.
Their lunch and dinner menu prices are very reasonable for a upscale area such as Mashpee Commons with other establishments like Siena, Blue, Trevi etc. If you can’t afford to eat out, which John N sounds like, stay home and have all the soda and burgers you want or hit Burger King and have it your way.
Their grilled chicken sandwich is delicious w honey mustard. Their stuffed chicken breast w mash and veggie is a comfort food delight, best mash potatoes in the area. Chicken Shakespeare is a gem, their steaks have a great rub and always perfectly cut. The baked scrod w their lemon butter is a fish fans dream.
Servers and bartenders are always kind and welcoming. Had lunch their yesterday and the staff was great as was the food and the place was packed after the Falmouth Road Race.
Avoid reviews like John N and see for yourself. I had to write this review as I have become a fan since moving down here last year and frequent it once a week or so.

It was a nice Sunday, the staff were really friendly and the service excellent. My kids burgers from the kids menu were really good, my cod was excellent. The atmosphere was relax perfect to enjoy a cold beer in this hot summer and the kids were having fun too.

Outdoor setting in Mashpee Commons is great as is the outdoor bar, but service was horrendous. We were seated after a 20 minute wait at the bar so we did already have drinks, but that doesn’t excuse the fact that it took 15 – 20 mins for a server to come over, we were starving at this point so we put in an app order at the same time as our lunch order, 45 mins later our meals come, no app, and my friend’s salad came along with her meal. I do have to say we both really loved our meals, I have the barbecue Cobb salad which was huge and loaded with avocado, bacon, and Gorgonzola cheese and my friend had the chipotle burger which she loved as well. It’s just too bad the quality of the service didn’t match that of the food. I do have to give a shoutout to the older gentleman working the outdoor bar, he was delightful and very fun!

The wing-​dings are awesome. Everything else is not so awesome. Don’t bother getting the fajitas or fish tacos. It helps to know what a taco and fajita are before putting them on your menu. Stick with the basics here, like beer.

I did not eat here, but had a few beers at the bar. I wasn’t impressed with the draught selection, but the service was good. I would give it a go again, I suppose, as there aren’t too many bars bear Camp Edwards.

We were hoping this restaurant would have better food because the menu items sounded good. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. My husband tried the the stuffed chicken and the meat was so tough it was difficult to chew. The mashed potatoes were the best part of that meal. I tried the veggie burger with the tomato basil quinoa. The veggie burger was served on a white bun, (For health conscious eaters this wouldn’t be the best choice.) and the burger was tough to chew as well, but the worst part was the way they served the quinoa. First of all it had a runny consistency and the tomatoes were soft and old. If this were my first time tasting quinoa I would never try it again! This type of salad needs to be made fresh on a daily basis. It tasted like it was a week old!
Sorry but we were really looking for some good food on our vacation in the Cape and we didn’t find it here.
Our waitress was very good. She kept the drinks coming. We had great service. She was very positive and when she noticed I didn’t eat my salad she brought me sweet potato fries after we had finished. She made a good attempt to turn things around, but it was really the food. The fries were good.

It was quiet there at the time we went but the service and food (for its price) was great. The choice is huge, so many options on the menu! Bartenders are fun, good beer selection and great location.

Gotta love Bobby Byrne’s! You can eat in the bar area which has high top tables and a few booths as well as a full bar.
The other side is a bright and spacious fully realized restaurant which feels nothing like the bar atmosphere. In warmer weather they also have outdoor seating making this a very versatile place for different dining experiences.
The food is pub grub delicious and I have never had a complaint about anything I have ordered.
They have an ancho sauce served with the fish taco dish that I like so much I pick it up as a side alone to bring home for the fish tacos I make.
