History

Established in 1919.

Puritan’s founder, Abraham Penn, taught a valuable lesson that has been a part of the Puritan Tradition since 1919 when he said: «I’d rather make a friend than make a sale.» Since that time, Puritan has made many friends and continues to do so to this day.

​Steve has been with Puritan for 26 years. Often called, «the Mayor of Mashpee,» Steve has formed many positive relationships with customers over the years. He is actively involved in the ministry and volunteers throughout the community.
