This is the WORST vacation Travel Company ever! Not only is the owner, B. Andrews at the company phone number, 513−573−9012, a poor business man, he is also unethical and does not stick to what he states on this website. I booked a trip for Dominican Republic back in January, knowing that if I cancelled, I would not get a refund on my DEPOSIT. With plane ticket prices being so high, I cannot afford to go on the trip. I communicated this to Mr. Andrews and he advised that I would not get ANY form of a refund because he classifies ALL funds received as deposits. When I advised him that his website states that DEPOSITS are non-​refundable and makes clear distinctions between payments and deposits, he advised that this was semantics and he would compensate me with generosity and his willingness to offer a discount if I wanted to go next years. I asked if the discount would be for the amount paid and he advised no, it would be based on generosity since he cannot tell what hotel prices will be next year. This is the WORST customer service EVER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TRAVEL NEEDS!!!
