From our beginnings as a full service general contractor, we have matured into a specialized Contractor, working with various trades and groups to design, build and maintain our clients in their homes, featuring proven processes and products to bring a quality of life that maintains their active lifestyle as well as meets the needs of family, caregivers and medical staff.

Business Owner

Having a background as a general contractor, electrical contractor (Ohio Electrical #20 949), electronics systems contractor (CompTIA DHTI+ certification) and Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS certification), with over 40 years experience has given me a unique perspective as we evolved our business model towards the aging in place model we have today.

I have worked with various trade associations in developing guidelines, best practices and educational classes that bring together all aspects of the home building industry.
