History

Established in 1998.

Building Maintenance Corp was established in 1998. In the past 18 years the Principles of Building Maintenance Corp has completed in excess of 20 million in building renovations and new construction.

We specialize in mechanical system such as boilers, chillers and cogeneration. In Sandy emergency other than providing temporary boilers, generators and chillers, we remove 40,000 SF of mold in one NYC facility. We upgrade 2400 AMP volts room. We built new comfort station for NYC. Upgrade more than 40 mechanical rooms under HPD supervision.

Building Maintenance Corp. is also registered as General Contractor of DOBNYC and Construction Superintendent of DOBNYC. Certified with New York State and New York City Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk as a Minority Owned Business Enterprise. Certified with New York City as a Locally Based Enterprise. We are capable of meeting all your MBE subcontracting goals.
