History

Established in 1988.

We started as a carpet and sheet vinyl warehouse selling in stock rolls and remnants. In 1996 we joined CARPET ONE, the largest group of independent flooring specialty stores in the U.S. That decision changed our ability to leverage the buying power of over 1000 stores to compete effectively against the Home Depots and Lowes. What has never changed is our complete commitment to offer all who entrust us with their home’s flooring projects the very best service and craftsmen to complete their job on time and to their complete satisfaction.

I started the business in 1988 at twenty four. My experience in flooring was limited to say the least, but my commitment to perform a good job at a fair price was what has allowed me and my staff to continue in business to this day. Our business has been largely grown on repeat and referrals, which speaks volumes about how our commitment is followed through day in and day out. We get to know our customers as people and we understand that their patronage cannot be taken for granted. We have a «Beautiful Guarantee», which states simply that if our customer is not happy with their choice, due to color, quality, or any reason, it is replaced for FREE.
