Pier 1 Imports

I won’t shop at the pier 1 in Manhasset anymore after coming to this pier 1. Manhassets store manager Krystal needs to be fired. There’s just been so many times that she has been absurdly rude and not capable of treating customers humane.

Customer service here is phenomenal!!! I went to this particular store with a friend and never actually been to a Pier 1 … A side note about my visit, it seemed very quite/​slow, but It was also around 7pm on on a week night WITH ABOUT 1INCH OF accumulation from the snow storm that started to approach the area.
I don’t know about you, but Customer service is extremely important when it comes to retail or providing a service. It literally makes my skin crawl when People are just nasty or rude to cliental. So you can imagine my reaction when TWO, haha not just one BUT TWO associates were nothing but happy to come to my need! One’s name was Andrea, she was extremely patient, attentive, accommodating and really took her time with me while showing me around to find exactly what I needed :) … To top it all off she was already clocked out and went out of her way to show us how to get a coupon off our smart phones! UNREAL??? Lol I would never expect this type of behavior from someOne at ANY retail store and ESPECIALLY NOT DURING A SNOW STORM WITH 30min left till they CLOSE-​UP?! MAKE SURE if you need ASSISTANCE TO ask for ANDREA — she was such a pleasure… A BIG THANK U TO HER AND PIER1 :)

This is an interesting store. It’s similar to home goods, there’s many kitschy cute items available for the outside of your home as well as the inside of your home. A great place to get decorations for your home above all. The time I came I didn’t buy anything but if I was shopping for the home and decorating I would come here.

Time to decorate and make the house all smelly in a good way. Pier Imports youre ok in my book for all that is home décor and now patio stuff.
