Frank Hopkins G.

Business Owner

My name is Sensei Frank Hopkins and I am the owner and head Instructor of American Jiu-​Jitsu Centers of Massapequa. I am currently a Nidan (2^nd Degree) Black Belt in the American Jiu-​jitsu System of Self Defense. I am a retired New York City Police Detective with over 20 years of service. I have been training in the matrial arts for the past 12 years with most of them directly under (9^th Degree Blackbelt) O’Sensei Joseph Puleio. I have been invited to the The U.S. Pentagon, twice. There I had the privilege of training U.S. Army Colonels and Special Security Officers Techniques Specific to Military & Law Enforcements. This is my passion and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with those around me.
