I cannot expect much from a GameStop at the mall. There were only two associates at the time i entered but that is to be expected on a weekday when it is not very busy. I did not get assisted by any associates until I walked close enough to the registers. The cashier was nice and seemed to ask all the question they are required to ask in retail. I am overall happy with my visit and my purchase of a new game and two pre owned games that were fairly priced. I will be sure to visit once again.

Well, if you’d gone in there today, it would have been easy to steal from them. I went in, there was no employee visible. Eventually, someone popped out of the backroom, asked me if I needed help in an unconvincing manner, and disappeared back into the backroom. Yeah. Just the customer service I have come to expect from Gamestop.
